A mimosa flight and biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

We didn't have to wait long for a seat even though it was a busy Sunday morning. The service was great and the food was delicious. I want to go back to try more of the menu. I highly recommend the mimosa flight.

We were here late morning on a weekday. Over Easy is a chain restaurant. We chose the one that was closest to our hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. The place has a cheerful ambiance with lots of sunlight coming in. The seats were reminiscent of ones seen back in the 50s with yellow plastic cushions and backs. A yellow neon sign on the wall said "Good Morning Sunshine". To drink, I had a lemonade while my husband ordered a glass of tomato juice plus a cup of coffee. We both ordered the same breakfast the "2 egg breakfast". It consists of: "2 eggs any style, choice of potatoes and choice of meat plus choice of toast". My breakfast was 2 over easy (how appropriate :D) fried eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes and sourdough bread". The bread comes with butter and strawberry jam. My husband's breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and O'Brien potatoes. He, too, got sourdough bread. Overall, we both enjoyed our breakfasts, although my husband was underwhelmed by the potatoes O'Brien as he thought they were on the dried out side. My hash browns were properly cooked---crusty on top but soft in the middle. Service was excellent and the kitchen had the food ready in a timely fashion. Definitely, we will stop in again next time we're in town!

We love Over Easy. We had the build your own Omelette and the Coen Beef and Hash. The Tater Tots are and awesome choice to pair with the Omelette. If you're getting the Corn Beef add hollandaise sauce. The service was awesome. We arrived here at 12 o'clock on a Sunday and were seated immediately for three. I really like the decor, the chairs are comfortable and they give like 1970s vibes. Who doesn't love yellow.

A delicious breakfast and brunch spot! Came on a week day and had no wait at all. The service from both the host and our waitress was excellent! It's not a very large seating area inside compared to other locations so I would plan accordingly. The food we ordered was very good! First time trying their Biscuits & Gravy and was impressed. They were delicious, plus eggs and potatoes of your liking, it was overall great! The Breakfast Tacos are stuffed full - definitely get your money's worth with them. They have a good kids menu too - the pancake is definitely large enough to share FYI! They do have an 'As Seen on TV' section of their menu from everything that Guy Fieri tried on Triple D. Very cool!

I will say, I feel like they are pricy for the amount of food given. I was kind of disappointed, especially when sweet potato hash was promised and it literally looked like a quarter cup. The food was good, but not anything outstanding. I wish they had more gluten free options. Our server was fantastic. I will say she was very thorough and helpful and the food came out quickly. The restaurant itself was clean, however the bathroom was not. In general, I'd say the experience was meh.

We were so glad to find a new brunch spot out in Chandler/Gilbert! We didnt have to wait at all on a Saturday morning at like 9 am. I wish I would have gotten her name but our server was awesome, which i always extra appreciate nowadays. The mimosa flight was so worth the $18, my husband and I probably could have just had 1 each and been good. Love us a dog friendly patio and the food was great! Absolutely no complaints there. Also thought it was a super good deal to get a substitute pancake for $1 with the omlette meal. Will definitely be back!

Over Easy Gilbert breakfast is egg-cellent! I've visited twice now and both times had a wonderful experience. The space is bright and inviting. Love the fun pops of yellow throughout. Service is on point. My go-to is the avocado benedict. It comes with two eggs over easy on avocado split halves topped with pico de gallo and feta, hollandaise sauce on the side as well as fresh fruit. I usually add a side of two eggs for extra protein, and because I just love eggs! The ingredients are fresh. I really enjoy this fun twist on the classic. I've also tried a few other items; a pancake, a burrito, etc and they've all been delicious.

Even though they were busy, we were seated quickly and everyone we interacted with was polite, attentive, and accommodating. We were actually on a pretty tight schedule, so having the food come out fast without sacrificing quality made a huge difference. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the experience. My wife ordered the toast with eggs sunny side up and bacon, and the bacon was phenomenal. Crispy, flavorful, and honestly some of the best we have had at a breakfast spot. I went with the buttermilk pancakes and they were absolutely out of this world. Soft, rich, and the syrup paired with them perfectly. I also ordered an Americano and it was excellent. Smooth, strong, and exactly what good coffee should taste like. What stood out most was how everything just felt easy. Great atmosphere, great service, great food, and no stress. Places like this are hard to find because they usually get one or two things right, but Liberty Market really nailed the whole experience. If you are anywhere near Gilbert, I would absolutely recommend stopping here. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.

Shriveled basil and tiny pepperonis. Even worse, the bottom was black. Just awful. 1. Our waitress and other servers were all friendly. Nice vibe, clean and gender inclusive restrooms clean and tidy. We might come back for dinner one day and try other dishes. (I'd still get the soup). Super convenient given the Hale theater's close proximity. Well def come back for coffee and dessert! ~EG Eats

A bunch of us from my spin class decided to get together on a Sunday for brunch and here's what I munched: Grande Chicken TInga Nachos ($18 - Shredded chicken tinga, queso, roasted tomato salsa, black beans, pico de gallo, roasted jalapeño, cilantro lime crema): Okay, maybe I don't recommend the nachos. While topped with a good amount of cheese on top, once congealed, any chip on the bottom that you pull out is just going to be a naked chip. They do top these chips off with a generous amount of toppings. Brunch Burger ($19 - Angus beef patty, sunny side egg, avocado, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, sriracha aioli, hash brown patty, brioche bun, choice of fresh fruit or breakfast potatoes): I shared this burger and requested the kitchen to cut it for me which they did. Very thankful that they were okay with the request. The burger itself was decent. It was a little weird to eat as the tiny hash brown patty made the structural integrity funny but it's not a deal breaker. I will say that it needed more sauce or something. The burger was dry after a few bites. I also had my lunch with the most savory and spicy Bloody Mary. It was amazing and probably one of my favorite Bloody Marys in a long while. The woman was shaking her head and saying to the waitress "this isn't okay to be doing while people are eating", pointing toward our kids.
