Came in last week around 8:30-9:00 only 2 other tables in the restaurant which both already had their food. We were at next to the bar, entire time staff was cleaning which is understandable since they were about to close but after we order our drinks the bartender went back to cleaning instead of getting our drinks. Appetizer came out about 15 minutes after we ordered and we sat and waited another 30 still waiting for our steaks. Again we were the only table that had food to be made. Asked a lady which may have been the manager if we could just have it to go since we'd been there about 45 minutes with only our App. She comped the app which was very appreciated but just really poor service overall. Never had anyone check in the entire time till the end. Apparently our food was just sitting in the back for some time. Also had some of the servers cuddling at the bar watching the tv when there were lots of dirty tables around and just being unprofessional. I have always enjoyed Outback. Their menu has a great variety of choices and the quality is always good. Our last couple visits to our Outback in Rogers AR has been even more special. Our server/bartender James has a great smile and obviously loves people. He is very attentive to our needs and seems to know all his customers. Made a to-go order online, picked it up on time, brought it home (we live less than 5 minutes away), and the food was absolutely disgusting. We eat at Outback every couple months and enjoy it, but this order was inedible. To start off, every item was cold; not even slightly warm. Ribeye steak (ordered rare) was cooked medium. Blooming Onion and fries were soggy. Mashed potatoes were rock hard. Bread was stale. Complete waste of $50. I already felt guilty spending money eating out to begin with, but this made me feel even worse. If the food was at least hot and fresh, I wouldn't have regretted it as much. Went on a Saturday evening about 5:30 and did not have to wait for a table even though the parking lot was full. Our waitress was very attentive and our appetizer came out VERY quickly. Our meal took a little longer, but it gave us time to converse. I ordered the sirloin and lobster tail with a loaded baked potato. The lobster was perfect and my steak was not as tender as a filet, but come on - it's a sirloin. Ha. My date had an 8 oz sirloin and fries and mashed potatoes (carb overload, but happy guy) and both steaks were cooked as we ordered them. I cannot complain at all. Excellent medium rare steak and grilled garlic butter shrimp with a baked potato. Starting at $15.99 for the 6 oz center cut sirloin, you can enjoy a steak plus 1 side and then unlimited grilled or crispy shrimp. The service to be seated was extremely fast and my server was at my table before the host was back with my water. She took my order and not 15 minutes later I had hot fresh food on my table. She was around every few minutes to make sure I was enjoying my meal which is great service. About halfway through my meal, one of the managers stopped by to ask how everything tasted while doing his rounds. In my opinion, that makes for great overall service because management is trying to be actively aware of any concerns. I love Outback. I usually order the same things every time, but I can't help myself. I love the bloomin' onion and can almost eat it all by myself, don't judge me! I also love their bread and butter. The bread is baked perfectly and I love soft butter. I always order the salmon and I love the dipping sauce it comes with. I just realized how many times I wrote love in this review so far haha. I've been here once for dine in and a few times for take out. It has been great customer service every time. One time I literally just drove there to ask for the dipping sauce that comes with the Salmon. I said I would order a large amount, but they just gave it to me for free. Yummy! read more

Food is always great here but it seems that every time that we go to this location we find errors on our bill. On this last visit a $5.00 discount for the Dine Rewards program wasn't taken off of the the bill. On other visits we've had items added to our bill which weren't even ordered.I can handle mistakes being made, but not 95% of the time. I've had the pleasure of dining in this particular Outback on numerous occasions. I've been very happy with my service and food quality. Great place and well managed. I have ordered takeout from here as well. We had an issue with our order last week and had to return it. Mistakes happen - we understand. The manager, Marcus, truly went the extra mile to make things right. With a reputation of service such as this, you can't go wrong. Not impressed. Our server did a good job but the food is just mediocre. On top of that, when our steaks were brought out by someone else, she asked us to cut into them to confirm they were cooked as ordered. Strange. Both steaks were sent back to be cooked as ordered. Clearly this is an ongoing problem that should not be difficult to fix. The macaroni and cheese was beyond gross and not edible. The bill of $90 just does not match the experience. read more

Made the mistake of going to Outback. My steak was raw when I cut into it, I had the waiter take it back, by the time I got it back my wife had already finished her dinner. The steak was burnt & was crunchy on the outside. I asked if the cook was new & the waiter said he was the senior employee. The manager didn't bother to come by. I won't be going to Outback any time soon. Wasted my money, on our Anniversary, only reason we went there was the good steakhouse own/chef died & they haven't reopened. Went there for the steak and lobster special. Greeted by one of the very attentive server. Enjoyed the day service from getting out orders, refilling the beverages and bread. The lobster was good but the steak I orders was tough as a hyde despite order medium cooked. I ordered steak medium rare and it was perfect!!!! The sirloin was moist, tasty and easy to chew. The sweet potato served with butter and accents of cinnamon was delicious. As for the coconut shrimp and shrimp skewers I would not recommend. They were over-cooked and flavorless. Nor would I recommend the asparagus. The bread that was served before we received our meals tasted like yesterday's bread and was very dry. Came in on a Friday night and only had a 10 minute wait. Thankfully we were seated in Alyson's section. She was super! Not just the best we've ever had at Outback, but maybe anywhere in NWA. My teenage boys liked her hair. The steak was cooked correctly and tasted good, but the 8oz sirloin was super seared on the outside, almost burned.
