I came to this outback recently for my grandmas birthday with my family and got the most uncomfortable and worst service by the host. I think her name is mia or myah because another employee called her name. She gave me the dirtiest look when I walked in and she made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. Immediately after, she started to chit chat with her friends as if we weren't there and she seemed annoyed when I asked her about the wait time of our table. Overall, felt unwelcome from the start, wont be coming back to this location, lakewood location is better. read more

Had dinner with my boyfriend, I don't remember out servers name but he was very attentive and nice. Gave my boyfriend a recommendation to save a bit of money and score a dessert which is always nice. Writing a review though because my boyfriend had left behind his card and came out to come find us to hand back :) !! We could've totally left and been gone as soon as we walked out but I appreciate that even if we had been, he stepped out to look for us anyway and luckily we were still there. Ordered what I saw on TV, fettuccine Alfredo and steak medallion with shrimp. Shrimp was really small and the steak medallion was so small they all could have fit in the palm of my hand, each piece could have been smaller than my finger nail, the server was on her game but the size of the meal sucked. read more

Since this place can't get a lower rating from me, we will just go with a 1 star. My concern is how are you going to sit parties of 3 and 4 adults before a party of 8 which includes 3 toddlers who are hungry. We arrived way before the other parties and to sit them before us and have us wait 15-20 minutes additional is so uncalled for. This place is NOT child/ family friendly at all! Wait was less then 30min seated at a table. Small location. If you covid fear. Otherwise its cozy. Ambiance is a little loud depending on your neighbors. This bread is so great soft and tasty makes you want more. Bloomin onion is cooked well and the sauce is the signature to the onion. Worth it in my opinion. All staff is masked. And Friendly even the runners. Brandon is our wait staff. Polite and knowledgeable good suggestions. Bussing staff need a little training Noticed that he only wipe the table not the chairs or seats. And there is noticeable food on the floor that could be picked up. Sirloin and shrimp very good please make sure all shrimp is devained one didnt make the cut. Steak medium well really didn't need any A1 or anything but wifey still did. Prime rib outback style was great had it medium. Really good cut light fat. This I recommend this portion. Service was good and all. I don't have anything bad to say about the restaurant but there's something that really disappointed me for the second time. I thought the first time just happened and that I wasn't going to have something like this again but it did, it happened again. I paid for the 18 oz rib eye steak and more than half of the steak it was bone and fat(I like the fat but this was way too much) that it was obviously not eatable. I'm very disappointed because being this a steak house the quality of these steaks is not even all that. I know I paid under 40 but still 38 dollars is 38 dollars. Welcome Back! A year or so I gave this location a low rating. Craving the wings I thought I'd give it another try. The table smelled funny like an old rag may have been used. I went to wipe it myself and a young man up front named Isaiah offered to re-clean it. It worked. He also helped with another customer service item. He was awesome and so was the food. We had the honey glazed pork chops and they was amazing! Our server Michelle was super sweet and kept the warm bread flowing! Went on a Wednesday. The place was not super busy. They attended people that got there after us first. We didn't have a dedicated waitress. They kept switching from people that were free I'm guessing. It was only me and another person eating. Literally everyone that got there after us were served first. My friends and I got seated in a less crowded section and were shocked to find out that it was this empty because the waiter greeting us was a sweet young man! Turns out, he's a new waiter after being a runner for a while, and he's done a great job! He gave us a warm welcome, I felt right at home at this local Outback!!! The food was as good as you can expect with a chain restaurant, I have no complaints. When you come here, ask to be sat with Isaiah, I promise you will not be disappointed.
