Went for lunch with my wife, daughter and grandchildren. The food and service was very good. The reason for 3 stars was because of a of 6 drunk and excessively loud diners at a nearby table. Two other families ordered and then left because of the noise. I said something to our waiter about the noise but he jest shrugged his shoulders. They were clearly drunk. Then I heard one of them say "lets have another round" whereby they ordered more drinks. This is where I have an issue with the restaurant- the waiter/manager should have told them no to more drinks and offered to call taxis. Instead more drinks were served. I wanted to call the police and report that they would soon have some very drunk drivers on the road leaving the restaurant, but my wife talked me out of it. Due to my poor planning of dining at a very popular, new establishment in the area, we had to select somewhere else to dine for the evening. We decided to go to Outback Steakhouse. Outback Steakhouse is an American Steakhouse, they will try to make you believe they are Australian, but in my mind that's just a marketing ploy. Our waitress Julia was so lovely, she either really, really loves her job or she is an exceptional actress. I first got the Wallaby Darned cocktail. This was peachy, frosty, not super high on vodka, and a pretty summery choice to me. We got the 3 Cheese Steak Dip to share. This was so cheesy and melty, with the chopped steak and tomatoes. I got the Bloomin' Burger. I haven't had a burger in a long time, I was tempted by this one. This is just an average burger, with some fried onion added in. This burger was a bit strange. Was I eating three separate burgers or just one? Parts of it were very dry, parts of it were very salty, and parts of it were very juicy. Everyone else in my party got steaks that they throughly enjoyed! We concluded with the Chocolate Tower cake! This slice was massive. I thought it was going to be super dry, but it was very chocolatey, rich and fresh, and the raspberry sauce added an extra layer of sweetness! Overall we had a pretty good time at Outback Steakhouse. Having never been to an Outback Steakhouse before, this restaurant gave me such a great impression. The food was delicious, all the appetizers and the main course (we got the chicken tender platter) came out timely and the waitress was so friendly and despite having a full establishment, she always kept checking in on us which was really great to see. The ambiance truly was inviting, dim lights with a bar and sports going on so it just was overall a great place to bring family or a friend to catch up. Highly recommend! read more

I had a taste for a steak recently. I headed down to Outback after work. The decor and vibe seemed welcoming. I was glancing over the three menus trying to decide what I wanted. My server brought a loaf of warm bread, and ice water. I placed my order. Reader, the waitress kept sitting with me at my booth! OMG. My steak was a bit fatty, and medium not medium well. I must have to say I did not expect a restaurant to change after giving them such a terrible review last month, I mean don't get me wrong they deserved every single word of that valentines day review and then some. My wife and I were skeptical about returning to their restaurant even after speaking with Mark their manager their who i spoke with a few time by email and over the phone. He wanted to make it right, he offered dinner and tonight we took him up on that. We started with salads we got regular salad with tangy tomato dressing and I got Ceasar salad. We also got some bread with some butter as well. They had something new on their menu I guess it's kinda like a 3 for 19.99 deals which is salad, entree, and dessert. We both got 6oz steak both done medium rare.....we both said a prayer to ourselves as our entrees came. And they were absolutely perfect. I must say the meal was top notch, drinks could have been quicker but that's only because we tend to drink them really quickly. I'm sorry to say that I forgot about this Outback on the Berlin Turnpike. It does kind of get lost in the shuffle and it's been years since we ate there. Thanks to a coupon in the mail, we decided to revisit on a Sunday. Great experience. Seated immediately and well taken care of by friendly servers, especially Ava, we didn't feel rushed and the atmosphere was relaxed, yet efficient. All three of us ordered steak dinners on their current three course meal promotion and felt it was a good value. The loaded baked potatoes are yummy, and so is the baked potato soup! read more

We had a g'day at this typical Outback restaurant. I'm not super fond of most chain eateries, but our friend picked the place. Our server, Sara, was terrific! She was personable and accommodating. These days where many places lack customer service, Sara seemed genuinely happy to be here and she enjoyed her job! She treated her other customers just a kindly as she did us! Sheilas and blokes will be delighted with her service! Their signature pumpernickel bread was brought out promptly and we all dug into those warm loaves eagerly. The compliments pretty much stop there... I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken which was not good; the chicken was dry, it was drenched in dressing, and the lettuce wasn't very crisp, rather somewhat limp. Not a fan. My hubby ordered a small steak with baked sweet potato and while the potato was fine, the steak was tough. He ate a few bites and gave up. We both ordered unsweet iced tea, but they only had sweet raspberry tea which we found odd. No worries, mate, we enjoyed the company of our friend, the excellent service, if not the subpar food. My wife and i along with a friend went for dinner Saturday night. We signed up for the waitlist and were seated within a few minutes on arrival. Our server Cheryl was very friendly and always asking if there was anything we needed. I had a full rack of ribs which were nicely done in a BQ sauce. I really enjoyed everything here but the food, I ordered the 15 oz Delmonico medium rare. The first time it came out it was really well done so as much as I hate to do it I sent it back, and after 19 minutes the new steak came out and the person bringing it I'm assuming the manager came to the table with the steak and all new sides asked me to cut it to make sure it was perfect. Unfortunately I cut the steak and it was MAYBE medium well. But I was hungry so I said it was fine and ate it and some parts of the steak still didn't even have pink and sadly were dry. And nothing was done to make it right at the end nothing was comped and nothing was given, and worse I had to point out that they don't even comp the replacement steak. Dinner was better than expected. I haven't been to Outback in ages! They have a pretty good gluten-free menu . I order a 6 oz sirloin steak with grilled shrimp, sweet potato and a side salad. My dish ended coming with bread which I can't have but they changed it . The salad for a side was very filling and good. My steak was cooked perfectly as I wanted! My dad was very satisfied with his orders.. He did mentioned the veggies could have been cooked a bit more but his steak was tender , flavorful as well as the chicken. Dessert was delicious! Always a plus when it's gluten-free and there's something for us to eat. It was very filling but good. Couldn't finish all! . But , it was dinner time and it was pretty busy! Amazing staff!! From the time we sat down, from starter drinks to appetizers to main course, our server provided excellent service and made the experience extremely welcoming. Despite ordering through DoorDash I have only ever had great food show up at my door. We order the potato soup, mac and cheese balls and bloomin' burger. They always look and taste good, even on the 25 minute or so drive from the restaurant to my house! While I have yet to drop by in person, I do know the chefs are doing something right. Disclosure...I have eaten here before and had some very mediocre meals here...the kind I tend not to review. Nothing much good or bad to share. But tonight they were able to achieve the epitome of horrible service, the ultimate "I don't care" treatment of a customer. We were driving by at 7PM and called to ask if they had call ahead seating. They said yes. I asked how long the wait was as we were pulling into the parking lot and they said 25 minutes for outside patio seating. I said to put my name in. They said to let them know when we returned in 20 minutes that we called ahead. We went next door to Lowes and returned to let them know we were there. We noted all the patio tables were empty. She told us that there was a 45 - 55 minute wait now but she would "try" to get us a table in 25- 30 minutes since we called ahead. Really? I commented that we told her we were in the parking lot when we spoke earlier and she said we would be seated when we got back. I also pointed out that all the tables were empty (see pictures). She said they were short staffed and that was the wait. I left. I will not return. read more

We had a great time here. Our meals were great, and the price was very reasonable. We would eat here again and definitely recommend it to our friends. My wife and I were in the area a few evenings ago and wanted to grab a bite to eat, and we both said "How about Outback?" Out visit was midweek and early in the evening, so we were seated right away. Our waitress greeted us right away, and I think fed off our "fun, light hearted energy" because she was really fun and outgoing. She turned our evening into a great time. As for food, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese rather a steak, and my wife got a grilled chicken breast with a baked potato. I know that sounds weird getting chicken at a steakhouse, but few restaurants have grilled chicken sandwiches, and that's one of my favorite meals and had to get it. My wife doesn't eat steak, so they were the perfect meals for us. Both of our dishes were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. They were juicy and not overcooked. I'm writing this at home and getting hungry just thinking about it. We splurged for dessert and got a Salted Caramel Cookie Skillet, which was very tasty. It was quite sweet, so splitting it with another person worked out perfectly. When we're eating out, I always ask myself, "Would we come back" or "Would I recommend this place to a friend," and I definitely would. The staff here was friendly and welcomed us with warm smiles, which made the whole evening fun. Add in that the food was cooked to perfection and had all the right flavors, and our visit was a win win. We will definitely be back and would recommend to all our friends that they give it a try too. The online ordering process from start to finish was very easy. Curb side pickup is a bonus. They know when you arrive and bring it to your car. Today in had limited time on lunch hour ,but they had it ready when they said it would. Steak and Coconut shrimp combo with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. I had a side of bourbon sauce added on for 1.00. The steak was a perfect medium just as juicy as it could be . The seasons they used there was no need for s&p. The mashed potatoes were very good and the mixed veggies were huge and good looking..... The four huge Coconut shrimp with Mango chutney on the side filled me up . I was pleasantly surprised at our whole experience from being able to call ahead to get on the list to the food quality and the friendly staff. I had the 6 oz filet mignon, mashed potatoes and a Cesar salad. My husband had the ribeye and grilled shrimp with a baked potato and the clam chowder. My toddler had the mac n cheese and fries. The girlfriend and I stopped in after a day of Christmas shopping. It was very busy. There was a 15 minute wait No surprise at 6pm the eve of Christmas Eve. There was room at the bar to sit right away. So we decided to sit at the bar. The bar tender was great we both had a seasonal special drink. She got a chicken Cesar salad. HOWEVER, today...a sunday...we were told that they couldn't make it for us because it was "too busy." By chucks standards this was not busy at all, I've seen them 4x as busy and have been served the corn tortilla quesadilla on busier nights than tonight. What was served was a 3/8" slab of grizzle and fat edged by an equal portion of chewy tasteless meat.
