My server, Anna, was kind and generally attentive throughout the evening. However, my first drink took quite a while to arrive, and our appetizer came out before the drink even though the restaurant was not busy. Her table runner, on the other hand, was extremely attentive and very well-mannered. Unfortunately, the bartender working around 10:00 PM on 01/30/2026 needs additional training. I ordered the $8 Piña Maui, and after one sip it was completely undrinkable. It tasted like eggnog mixed with spiced rum, was overly sweet, extremely strong, and had absolutely no piña colada flavor. I enjoy strong drinks, but this was simply not made correctly and immediately upset my stomach. Anna kindly credited the drink and offered a kiwi strawberry margarita instead, but that one was somehow worse. It tasted like black pepper and gave me a stomach ache and a headache. At that point, I felt uncomfortable complaining again and paid for it but honestly, seeing two unfinished drinks should have prompted a follow-up or credit. I do not recommend ordering drinks here if this bartender is working. The food was equally disappointing. I ordered a $35-$40 steak, which was overwhelmingly salty. The loaded baked potato was completely crusted in thick salt on the outside, it was shocking, and I'm someone who loves salt. It was simply inedible. My son ordered steak with "mixed fruit" on the side and received only 2-3 slices of orange. That is not mixed fruit as described on the menu. Outback used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but this location seriously needs to step up its quality control. I spent over $100 and left extremely dissatisfied with both the food and drinks. Ordered Togo and the service was top notch! Once we got there they knew our order and also offered bread and water for our wait. Very friendly and quick. We did a takeout order this evening for the family. We were thoroughly impressed! Started off strong with the Three Cheese Spinach Dip and Bloomin' Fried Shrimp (Battered like the blooming onion). We also got the 16 oz. classic prime rib and the Victoria's Filet Mignon and Lobster. Both we got with the fully loaded baked potato with the house salad and bleu cheese chopped salad respectively. We got the Mac' A Roo and Cheese with Aussie Fries, and Apple juice as well as a New York cheesecake, triple layer carrot cake, and espresso martini for 3. Visited this location at 4pm when the opened. The 3 girls at the booth didn't speak as I walked in. I was told where to find my dinner partner. Placing our order was quick. The bread was in the table. The rolls and sweet butter were good. Our meal arrived in 15 minutes or less. The broccoli took 35 mins from arrival. Can't explain why the veggies took so long nor did the waitress advise. The fish cooked throughly but I'm sure it was due to time The ambiance was just okay boring to rave about. My husband and I went to try out the Katy location. Reason why I gave them a 4 star is because they didn't have the prime rib which I was looking forward to having. Overall our server, Ethan was a 10/10. He was very attentive and accommodating . We will come back on the days he said they serve the prime rib. We shall see. Went in with no expectations, was pleasantly surprised! Food was quite good, hubby and I both got the ribeye with shrimp combo (grilled & coconut) our steaks were cooked and seasoned well, asparagus was good and fries tasty. He got the thunder something for dessert and said it was good. Restaurant was really clean and had comfort family vibes. Dinner with wife on a Friday night. No frills but also zero complaints! Honestly great service from Randall.. Huge house beer for $6 was very taste blonde ale. Both got steak and salads. My wedge salad was great, loads of blue cheese which I love and the dressing and basaltic was surprisingly great for this price point. Both steaks cooked medium rare to perfection. We were honestly really impressed overall. Best part it was quite, especially compared to Roadhouse which is our normal casual steak night. Its really disheartening to say we had such a bad experience here as this was generally our favorite steak restaurant chain and we've frequent this location. I would say this is probably our 5th time eating here since this year. Our primary complaint would be the service and also the lack of care from the manager at this location. At the start of our experience, we asked the waitress if we can order our appetizer as well as our mains right now as we were ready to order. She confirmed it was ok and only took our appetizer order and walks off. She comes back later and then asks if we were now ready to order. I asked about the ribs and the waitress had no idea if it was baby backs, spare ribs or st louis. She left us and came back later and confirmed they're baby backs. Ok not a big deal she's probably new. Now the start of all the issues, my wife wanted the filet with lobster and for her sides she wanted brussels sprouts and a wedge salad with vinaigrette. She looked confused and said it has blue cheese dressing, and my wife asked if they could substitute with vinaigrette with some extra on the side. The waitress confirmed it was ok then took the rest of our orders. Now the wedge came out with nothing on it, all the dressing was on the side and there is also blue cheese dressing. When my wife wanted to ask for extra vinaigrette the waitress was no where to be found. After giving up on her wedge we got our main course but wife did not receive any brussels sprouts. We asked a few times and by the 4th time we were finally told that they were out and was not sure why no one told us. Wife switched to loaded mash that came out some time later and it looked like slop. Now for the steak, she ordered a medium plus filet with lobster, her filet mignon was cooked to well done, really chewy and dry. She tried to eat it but it was just really bad. She asked the waitress if this was the correct order and muttered that "that isn't right" then took the steak back and told us that a manager would come out to speak to us. Eventually some lady shows up, drops off a plate, the lobster was now gone and she just leaves without saying a thing. Our waitress came back some time later to check on us and asked if the manager had spoken to us and we've expressed that we had not spoken to anyone and simply wanted our check and a box so we can leave. She said that she would get the manager once again, the same lady just walks up to us, stood there without saying a thing and just stares at us. Feeling that we were not welcome here we simply left at that point. I used to recommend Outback to all my friends and family but if this is going to be how they treat customers then we'll just take our business else where. Came for Veterans Day and it was decent wait up to an hour. I had three people came after me get seated then I waited 30 for a menu and another 15 for a waiter. It didn't seem that busy but other people got served after us and I was eating for another hour just for anyone to came to us. Waiter came then disappeared and my wife was crying and stressed and honestly this was the worst Veterans Day I've had. Bad service and not even an I'm sorry. While our server was friendly, she spent most of her time sitting in the booth behind us, chatting loudly with another employee. Every time she came to check on us, it felt like she was just popping up quickly to ask if we needed anything, then immediately going back to her conversation. It came across as unprofessional and distracting. The managers didn't make a great impression either. I'm not sure if the management has changed, but they were also just standing around chatting. I understand it wasn't a busy night, but it still didn't feel appropriate--especially while guests were trying to enjoy their meals. I was trying to have a conversation with my partner, but it was difficult because of the loud talking right behind us by the staff. As for the food, it was underwhelming. I ordered the steak dip special for $15, and it was a very small portion--it tasted like something I could have made from dollar store ingredients. I was feeling a little under the weather, so I also ordered the potato soup, which I remembered liking in the past. This time, it was bland and tasted like it came straight from a can. The only highlight of the meal was the dessert--the caramel cookie skillet was delicious. Unfortunately, that was the only enjoyable part of the entire experience. I absolutely love this place. I was off today and decided to visit my go to restaurant and relax for the evening. Delrocko T was my bartender and waitress. He was absolutely amazing. I miss Mackenzie and Skylar but I guess I have found a replacement. There were 5 of us at the bar and we all felt like family because Delrocko was the best. We went for'Walkabout Wednesday' which is a 6 oz strip, 1 side and a drink for under $15. Both steaks ordered by our table were nicely seasoned, cooked properly if somewhat heavy on the sear for my tastes, and served on warm plates. That might have been the SMALLEST potato soup ever which was one side order but he liked it. I upcharged $3 for the'premium' asparagus side which you couldn't even cut with a knife! Awful. But the manager took care of it right away. The chicken tenders ordered were hopelessly mild, lacking crunch and salt. The French onion soup he ordered must have had half the salt in the kitchen in it though. Overall service was 'meh' (good thing I knew about the special) but the MANAGER was a stand out! read more
