Went there last night with family...we were waiting for our dinners to come and it was so cold we couldn't get comfortable. Went to the front for help and the manger who was on Monday night 3-27-25. We went here a a large group for a birthday event and to be honest it was not good at all. The food was not great, way too expensive for what we got, and it took three hours to get dinner. Food came out sporadically, ill prepared, and not in the correct order. Some sides were left off my friend's order and came out an hour after his plate was delivered.Weird for a veggie side dish. A few dinners were cold. We were also so squashed all together I could not even lift my arm or fork to eat without hitting the arm of the people beside me. Also, upsetting to us was that a few in our party had to sit somewhere else away from the group. There were too many large parities booked for this day. If you cannot accommodate a latge group, say so. I get short staffing. However, if you are short staffed you really should take that into consideration and not do that. It has been years since we dined at an Outback but we were craving MEAT and the hubby had been dreaming about their wedge salad. We arrived on a busy Saturday night and was told it would be a 50 minute wait. I was starved and asked for crackers but the hostess brought me an entire loaf of bread instead! We were sat in about 30 minutes and Patricia was our server. She was very knowledgeable, polite & efficient. I'll let go of the fact I asked for my salad dressing on the side and it came on the salad. No harm done and it was fantastic, I was just hoping to save calories. Hubby and I dined on steaks (perfectly grilled filet & t-bone) side salads, baked potato, green beans & the most flavorful grilled shrimp. The shrimp dipping sauce is something I'd like to take home. We ordered the bloomin onion as an appetizer, then the sirlion steak and coconut shrimp, as well asthe 12 oz new york strip with a loaded baked potato and veg. Everything was cooked to perfection. I had not been to an Outback in at least 11 years. for 2 reasons, there was not one near us (at the time) and I was not impressed with the steak I had (at that time). Now Fast forward to 2023 and I'm in a new neighborhoods and decided to try this Outback. Here are the items I tried on multiple visits: Ribeye steak (medium rare) Classic Prime rib (medium rare) Caramel mustard pork chops (medium) Outback burger (medium) Chili Crock Grilled chicken on the barbie My ribeye steak arrived on a hot plate cooked as I asked, it was tender and juicy and well seasoned. The prime rib also was served on a hot plate and cooked exactly as I asked. it was very tender and juicy and one of the best prime ribs I have had in a long time. The caramel mustard pork chops were served on a hot plate and cooked as I asked, they were not dry and were nice and tender. The outbacker burger was served on a hot plate and cooked exactly as I like. I ordered it with bacon and no cheese. I liked the slightly spicy pickles and the mustard sauce on it. The chili is quite possibly the best chili I have had at any restaurant ever. nice and spicy and no beans (the way chili should be). Even the grilled chicken breast was tender and juicy. Our server Rob is very friendly and not at all pushy. I would prefer that there was no music playing in restaurants. It makes it difficult to have a conversation (even if the music is not loud). I am really impressed. The cons: The larger side dinner salads can be a bit much (even as a main) and have too much dressing on them. The bacon had no salt in it. I've been to Outback Steakhouses in Michigan and Indiana. We were visiting the Phoenix area and decided to have dinner here. I ordered the center cut sirloin, with a loaded baked potato, a salad, and a pink lemonade. The lemonade didn't taste right so I sent it back and got water. The water tasted bad so I didn't drink it. The center cut sirloin was tough, and I ended up taking it home in a box. It was not a good night. I probably would not come back here. read more

I was excited to see a free blooming onion wit th check in so of course we started with that as an appetizer. The menu seams different since the last time I'd been and I decided on their chicken tacos. My sister had a wedge salad and our dad tHe soup and salad. Our server was attentive and our glasses were never empty. My tacos were delicious and my dad enjoyed his as well. My sister was unfortunately bummed about your salad. Maybe I've been watching too much Hell's Kitchen and we have built up a higher standard for eating out. I don't know, but I don't see how it's wrong to expect things to be made with some sort of love. Tonight we thought we would take SBL (My sexy bearded lover) to Outback for an early Father's Day dinner/carry out style. We were excited because we haven't had a good steak in a long wile. SBL ordered the 15oz ribeye w/mash and the Mac and cheese. I ordered the Kingsland pasta with shrimp and steak. So here's the deal... We couldn't find any real love in either of our dishes, it was sad and beyond super disappointing. I'm so frustrated right now because more and more it's being proven to us that if you order carry out, the responsibility of making food with love is thrown out the window. I would be hard pressed to find anyone who would not complain about what we were served tonight if they had been sitting in the actual dining room. Just because the meal is being eaten at home doesn't mean it's ok to stop caring about the quality of food being sent out the door. The pasta dish was just whack. I felt like it was the bottom of the pan situation. There was an overload of garnish and crazy chunks of hard things that made eating rough. (I don't even know what that stuff was) There was basically a drop of Alfredo sauce and the steak was a sad dry clump of funk, accompanied by an even worse looking line up of shrimp. Nothing in that carry out container looked like the picture. SBL's steak was about 4oz of fat. Just so much of that was not edible. We know that cut of meat has some fat, but if he had ordered the 12oz would there have been a 8oz serving that was actual meat? Should I even be wondering this? No!
