ordered from Uber Eats 2 times today -- first time we didn't receive our $150 order, just Mac and cheese. second time we reordered because we wanted our original order and called the restaurant to make sure they provide us with our order. they messed up again and gave us half of our order. for both orders we were given the proper receipt with everything listed but the items in the bag we're wrong both times so it was the restaurants fault not uber eats. very disappointed this happened twice IN A ROW and i absolutely would not recommend Outback. do better. read more

Service was great food was terrible . The atmosphere and staff was great and very friendly....but the food was really bad. I couldn't finish. The chicken wings are and have been one of my favorites over the EVIT I don't know if it's this location or what but it was very disappointing. read more

I placed an online order on December 21, 2024. My order included a coconut shrimp appetizer. When I got home I realized they did not include it with the rest of my meal. When I called to complain, the "kitchen manager" told me I could have credit within their application or if I wanted credit in my card which I paid for it, it would take 3-5 days. I chose the latter. After about 10 days I left a message using their application stating that I had not received a credit. On Friday, January 3 they sent me an email asking me to call them. I responded that it had been nearly 2 weeks and that I never received my credit. I also told them that I deleted their application from my phone and would never eat at Outback again. Obviously, they don't give a damn. read more

I must say I have not been to an outback for over a decade. And some friends invited us to go with them and we were pleasantly surprised. We had the 22 ounce porterhouse smoked under glass and it was fantastic cooked perfectly and was delicious. The asparagus, salad and mashed potatoes were all very good. For a chain restaurant I was very happy with the quality of everything we received. Our waitress was super friendly and extremely attentive. I would definitely eat here again. read more

My wife and I went out for my bday to outback . The food was spot on but the BEST part of the experience was our server . I believe her name was Victoria . I have been a restaurant manager for 35 years and the past few have been very difficult to all in the business . Victoria was a pro! Attentive without hovering , refills , pre bussing , check backs , so good . I wish my restaurant was full of servers like her . Congrats to her and Outback . She is a keeper ! Make sure you request her when you go , I will ! read more

Had lunch at the bar on Saturday. Wife had a fancy drink, I drink soda water. Blooming onion (greasy and gross), grilled chicken sandwich and a fried chicken sandwich.... 61 dollars. Tasteless food. Thankfully the bartender provided good service. I will not be going back, ever. There are some good places out there, this is not one of them. Gives new meaning to Down Under. read more

Wow! The first time I went to Outback (roughly 2 years ago) it was not a good time.. tonight my husband and I decided to give it another shot and WOW! First, the holiday menu is great! Gingerbread fizz soda was amazing! I'm buying gingerbread syrup to make it at home. Second, the chimichurri filet was AMAZING! Please keep this year round if it is a holiday item! Lastly, our server Vanessa was so sweet and kind! Didn't rush us, checked on us just the right amount of times, on top of refills and just really made it a great experience! We will definitely be back! read more

I am not a huge fan of Outback Steakhouse because I don't like the tastes of their steaks but I was in the mood for a prime rib and were close by so we went. The prime rib was cooked really well and had a nice taste, the baked potato was soft and fluffy and their salad was good too. Our server was awesome and very attentive. I can't believe I am saying this but I will be back for their prime rib for sure. read more

I've been coming to Outback my whole life and have spent dozens of birthdays for myself and family over the years and never had a bad experience until today. The steak was not very warm, tough, and under seasoned. The Bloomin onion would not keep the breading on the onion and the onion itself was not fully cooked. Our server was not the most attentive despite being more generous with the table next to us. He offered them bread to go despite them not having to go boxes and we were not offered despite having multiple boxes. They were also offered to go drinks without needing to ask and I honestly did not want to even ask at that point since we already paid and he seemed like he wanted us gone. I didn't complain about anything despite the lackluster experience. I wasn't trying to be a Karen or make this server's life harder. I was looking forward to coming here for weeks. My friends had never tried it and although their food was decent they will not be coming back either. My birthday dinner was ruined and the drab and dark atmosphere didn't help anything. read more

Service was more of a 3 star but the food was poor The bread is still good that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Worse steak in years. Reminded me of a Dennys steak thin and a piece of crap. Ambiance was same as usual. read more

It's been a while since I've written a review, especially a negative review. Sometimes the experience is so unique it needs to be done. Thursday night date with my wife and we were craving steak and coconut shrimp. Outback's a 5 min drive from our new place so we headed over ready to feast. We were seated immediately and we're excited since it wasn't super busy. Ordering the food I let the waiter know we were ready to order and knew what we wanted. I proceeded to tell him the order and he cut me off and asked my wife what she wanted first. I figured no big deal, he probably doesn't know she prefers me to order for both of us when we go to a restaurant. He kind of maintained a strange perturbed attitude with me or wouldn't really address me at all the rest of the meal once we both ordered. Upon getting our food: filet mignon, lobster tail, coconut shrimp, blooming onion and mashed potatoes we noticed they completely forgot the shrimp and a couple small things we had asked for. I figured it wasn't worth bugging the guy, maybe he was having a rough night. We got the food super fast... too fast. I even mentioned to the server, wow that's fast for a steakhouse. He mentioned, yup we can get the food out quick. We cut into the steak and it was "cooked" rare rather than medium as we had requested. No big deal, I ate half the steak and the lobster tail and my wife and I both ate the potatoes but kinda lost our appetite with the food. We spoke to the manager and let him know discretely about the food and showed him the steak. He acknowledged it wasn't cooked to Medium but also said it was close. The manager brought our check and took off the majority of the bill without our asking for a discount. Aside from accepting the responsibility for a failed meal it was a pretty bad experience that will take my wife a bit to wanna go back to this location. We had not been to this location before. All in all, I'm sure I'll go back since I have never had an experience like this at an Outback ever before. Seemed like they were just having an off night for some reason... it was just way off. Next visit will likely be on my own though. read more

Excellent service! We had the grilled salmon, sirloin & shrimp. All well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Adam B. was our server. He was friendly and attentive. We were really hoping to eat here tonight and enjoy a bloomin onion. Sadly we sat for 10mins at our table and no one came by to offer drinks or anything. They weren't even that busy. I let the manager know and all he said was he was truly sorry from the bottom of his heart. Didn't even offer to get us a waiter. This was such a sad experience. read more

Don't order the "New item" fried chicken sandwich. It's not being cooked right. Possibly precooked frozen and then refried. First clue I couldn't bite through the chicken, like it wasn't fully cooked through. The chicken cutlet probably needs to be flattened before it's fried. It was the worst chicken sandwich ever. My wife ordered the ribeye steak. A lot of gristle. Not fat which is expected, gristle. We brought the ribeye home. We told the waiter as we were ordering that it was our anniversary. He says, "congrats". Apparently Outback doesn't offer anything special for anniversaries. So to sum up the Outback experience-not good! read more

Nice and quiet, clean atmosphere but as far as the food, unimpressed, If I was to ever eat again there it'll be just basically for a quick lunch, it's quiet because it's empty... at least you can hold a conversation with your guests.... We knew we wanted to eat here for Valentine's Day and so I tried going online to make a reservation a few days before. For some reason though, the reservation link wasn't working and so I figured we could always just show up. We arrived on Valentine's Day around 5pm already having in mind that the wait would be long. I walked on in and the hostess was super busy. Told her we were a party of 3 and she said it would be an hour or so. We accepted the challenge and sat down to wait. Tons of people walked in after us and they would walk right out when they were told how long the wait was. I'm glad we waited though, as we only ended up waiting about 45 minutes. Our server quickly came on over after we were seated. She was friendly and attentive from the start. We ended up placing our orders right away as we already knew what we wanted to eat. We ordered: One 6oz medium well steak with mashed potatoes and a broccoli with cheese casserole One potato soup One order of crab cakes with a loaded baked potato and a house salad One Alice springs chicken One bloomin onion (free when you check in) My steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. It was juicy and seasoned right. My broccoli casserole wasn't too good though as the broccoli was soggy and didn't taste fresh. The loaded baked potato is greaaaaaat! The potato soup? Ugh to die for. Add some pepper on top and MMMMMM best soup ever! The Alice springs chicken is also very good. The chicken breast is pretty big and the entree comes with French fries plus another side. Our server again, was very very friendly and attentive. She brought us out bread without us even asking and refilled our drinks constantly. We had a great experience here even though we dined in on what is one of their busiest nights. Thank youuu! read more

Came in for dinner; had the filet mignon and mashed potatoes with chicken tortilla soup. The bread here is my favorite. I don't get to dine in much but the service was great; Emily checked on everything and was kind and expeditious. There was an average dinner crowd but the bustle didn't drown out your thoughts. The menu says: grilled chicken and shrimp in a "bold" alfredo sauce. The Alfredo sauce is basically alfredo sauce. You can see a little pepper but I think that's when I tossed it. The CHICKEN was coated in a "Cajun"( Outback? Cajun?) spices so spicy it was all I tasted when putting the pasta with the chicken. Hot spicy. Bold is a word that says flavorful not spicy. Also when ordering online it say: Queensland Chicken and Shrimp starting at $13.99. For that price. It's PASTA ONLY but hey they got you to look. This is actually: Pasta Alfredo starting at $13.99. Is it that bad that you have to GET people to look at the menu. These guys changed the industry and now the industry they changed had to use TECHNIQUES to survive. It's a sad day when the former industry leaders are now just well....MEDIOCRE. read more

One of the worst meals I have received. We ordered this online and arrived 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled pick up time. The food was ready right away, which isn't good since if we had been on time it would have been sitting out for at least 10 minutes. When we got the food home, which is not a far drive, we noticed that my Chimichurri filet didn't have the sauce anywhere, and the portion sizes were extremely small. My meal that was $35.99 was incomplete and very cold and soggy, as was the order of cheese fries that was supposed to be an appetizer, yet barely came with enough to be a side for one person. The other steak was cold, and the side of blooming onions were also very cold and soggy with grease rendering them nearly inedible. I ended up throwing most of the meal away, as this was a terrible dining experience. What is the point of setting a pick up time if, even when you show up early, the food is already done and sitting out getting cold and soggy? Also they need to make sure they are actually completing orders before they are sent out. Will not be going back to this chain any time soon read more

What a good Friday night! Let me start this by saying I am very picky when it comes to eating a good juicy steak! Our server Emma went above and beyond for us, she recommended the wedge salad to start with which was delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly and so flavorful, my husbands pasta was also so flavorful and delicious! For someone who was worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, Emma was hands down one of the best, most polite, funny, and genuine servers I have had serve us. Thank you so much for a fun dining experience and good luck in school Emma! :) read more

I normally actually like outback. It has its ups and downs but I ordered for a pickup and what a let down. Prime rib dinner largest portion the offered with seared ahi and wedge salad and steak house mac and cheese. I was super excited. Prime rib was cold and definitely not the larger size. It was not a good cut. The ahi was missing the dipping sauce and a disaster. The wedge salad had no blue cheese crumbles and was missing dressing And the bread was cold The only thing good was the mac and cheese. read more

welllll we decided to come by after YEARS of not visiting and it's probably our last. Maybe because we were comparing everything to Texas Roadhouse but NOTHING compared. I ordered the sirloin 5oz medium rare Damn near raw and coconut shrimp with a side salad and mash potatoes. My steak was pretty much well done, the shrimp didn't seem fresh and had ZERO flavor even with the sauce they provided, and the mash potatoes were decent. We order the onion bloom and chicken wings for an appetizer, and the wings were SALTYYYYYY I could only eat one. However I will say the steakhouse Mac n cheese was good and my house ribeye was decent. Luckily our service was good and she was very nice. read more

We ordered the filet mignon with lobster for delivery. There was 3 of us and we all got the same thing. All 3 lobsters were tiny, smelt like bad fish and had what looked black rot on the sides. Totally inedible. We ended up throwing the lobster out. The steaks were absolutely tasteless. Biggest waste of $200 ever and I will never eat there again. read more

This was a weird dining experience to say the least. There was good and bad so I'll cover both in hopes that the restaurant will use the feedback to help improve future customer experiences. First, the wings were pathetically small. So small that I actually took my keys out of my pocket and the chicken wing was barely larger than a key. Not okay. I told the server about it and she said that everything is done by weight, which honestly who cares.. you order wings and you should get plump, juicy wings, not something the size of a thimble. Anyhow, she got me a replacement order, which didn't show up until the meal was already out and they were about the same. Now here's my real issue, the manager swings by and asks how the replacement wings are and I tell him they were equally bad and he says "Okay, sounds good" and walks off. NEVER in all my life has someone been so completely apathetic to a situation and utterly unprofessional and Rude to boot. My folks and my wife were stunned and so was I. My parents warned me about this location and their lack of customer service and consistently sub par food and I'm a sad to say, they are right. From the moment that I mentioned the issue with the wings, I noticed a weird condescending attitude from the server which carried on throughout the rest of the meal. Never got a refill on water, never was asked if I wanted another beer. The chicken and cheese fries were good, but never order the wings - horrible value for what you pay. The bread was good and I really enjoyed outback blonde beer. If you choose to visit Outback, avoid this location. Customer service isn't as friendly as it could be and management needs to be replaced entirely. read more

Probably one of the worst restaurant meals we've had. The potato soup was so thick and starchy it was absolutely disgusting, my cheese fries came out so cold They weren't edible. The other food was mid but nothing spectacular and was picked on but barely eaten . I got ribs to go for someone at home and they were so burnt and dry they were not edible. $135 dollars with tip and they were so gracious to take $10 off of the $13 cheese fries that weren't even touched. Absolutely will not go back! I don't mind paying for food when it's good but this food 100% was not worth it at all! read more
