The risotto was rich, creamy, and full of deep savory flavor, while the scallops were perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced, with a subtle kick from the wasabi mashed. For my steak I went with the 17 oz ribeye, cooked to a flawless medium rare. Every bite was juicy and delicious. For sides, I chose ricotta creamed asparagus and lobster mac. The asparagus was tender and luxuriously coated in a velvety ricotta sauce, and the lobster mac arrived piping hot and super creamy. Both were great accompaniments to my steak.
