It's open Monday through Thursday, 11 AM - 10 PM, Friday and Saturday, 11 AM - 11 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM - 9 PM. Having lived in Whitehall for 20 years, I've visited this location numerous times, and it never disappoints. The food and service are nearly always spot on! On my last visit, I started with the crispy calamari, coconut shrimp, and bang bang shrimp. While the shrimp dishes were delicious, the calamari was a bit of a letdown. Although it was nicely seasoned and had a good crunch, the pieces were so small that it felt like there was more breading than actual calamari. For dinner, I had the filet and lobster tail. I have not been to the Bonefish Grill in about eight years and it was great to get back. The atmosphere is dark and comfortable with music on the cusp of being too loud for conversation. Hope took care of us and she was amazing with both food and drink. My girlfriend got the key lime martini, which tasted just like the pie. My dirty Bombay Gin martini with blue cheese olives was phenomenal (even though the blue cheese covered the tops of the pimentos). We started with their lime and cilantro cauliflower over cole slaw as well as their warm bread with dipping oil. Both were good, though the cauliflower was a little over-saturated. My girlfriend got the beef potstickers special. She enjoyed it, though once again, they went way over-board with the sauce. However, my crab and corn soup was stellar. I could have eaten bowl after bowl until I went unconscious. My main dish was the blackened ahi tuna. Though slightly overcooked, it was wonderful and the Brussel sprouts were fantastic. We look forward to coming and trying some other dishes. Another reason for our return: When ordering two adult beverages, an appetizer, and two main courses, we normally pay 25% more elsewhere. Just ok. Food wasn't bad. I started with charred oysters which came with small crostinis. Yumm. Then for my main I got the Parmesan crusted trout. Honestly, there was no crust. This place is nice and clean. The waiters are polite. The food isn't so great anymore. I've been going to this location for years for my favorite Bang Bang Shrimp tacos. I went on St. Patrick's Day 2026. The waitress seemed to be very new and was polite, but couldn't get a simple order of a glass of Coca Cola right- First she brings me a glass of water, when I reminded her of my soda, she brings me the soda along with a bottle of beer. The Bang BAng Shrimp had more green sauce than bang bang sauce knocking off the flavor completely- I'm guessing the green sauce was added because of the holiday- The quantity of the fries have decreased- It was apparently 9 French fries on my plate. read more

Entree plate was overcrowded with sides that weren't on par with what was being served-blanched broccoli(boring) and a risotto thick enough to cut with a knife. Absolutely horrible experience! The staff specifically the manager or whatever she was dressed in white uniform was very rude and annoyed. I went in with my family and baby in a car seat. The staff already knew the party size and sat us down twice in a space we did not fit. The manager comes and says you guys can't be seated here because you don't fit. But they were the ones who sat us there very aware of our party size. It was very embarrassing and felt discriminated against for having a baby in a car seat. I understand some places are not family friendly and that's okay but they should've said that the minute we went in and asked. They could've told us and we happily would've left. The whole seating ordeal messed up our whole vibe and now that we were seated my children felt bad. Now after all that they took forever to send a server our way we almost started gathering to leave when someone finally showed up. She was the only person who showed a little empathy and apologized. At the end they apologized by giving us free desert. At this point nothing fixed the bad experience but we politely thanked them and left. Had a great experience this time. I have a system typically.. I'm human so I'm fallible & definitely a hypocrite. I try & visit a spot three times before writing a review. Everyone has a bad day & you never know what someone has going on inside their head. I not sure if my food standards have gone up or the quality of food at bonefish has gone down. It has been several years since I dined there, and I have to say that I wasn't the least bit impressed with my last experience. I chose this spot for my moms bday dinner and called ahead for a reservation just in case it was crowded. When I got there I told the hostess it was my mothers bday, which would signal that I would like something sweet that a candle can go in for my mom to blow out. Usually nothing is said about it after asking, and they just come out with something at the end of the dinner. The waitress seated us at our table and announced to us that is was someone's birthday at the table ‍. There goes the surprise. At the end of the dinner I asked for the check, which should've signaled to the waitress that it's time to bring out the dessert with a candle lit. Instead, the waitress asked me in front of my mom if I would like something brought out ‍. I'm thinking to myself, you have got to be the dumbest waitress working here.... On to the food.... I ordered the scallops and shrimp, my wife had the salmon, and my mom had the steak and crab cake. My meal was pretty good, my wife's was good as well, but my mothers crab cakes was super watery. Definitely frozen then nuked. We also order the ginger potstickers for an appetizer that were terrible. They were soft and mushy inside and out. The place was busy so we made a reservation but ended up bringing an extra person. They asked us for an extra 15 minute to accommodate which is fine because we sprung it on them. But 30 minutes in we checked and they said another 10 minutes. Took somewhere around 45 minutes to get seated and the "larger table" was like a 3 inch extension foldout -.- pretty sure they were just buying time because it was busy and they didn't have tables... Our waitress was excellent though. She checked in on us routinely and filled our water regularly. She was very polite throughout. Signature pasta salmon: fish was slightly over cooked but aside from that the portion was large and everything was good. Crab fries: awesome appetizer. Fries are great! There's crab pieces on top, and the best part was the crab dressing/dip. Ambience: upscaled setting but a little too crowded. Tables are packed and the bar was completely full and right up along the dining tables. They should space seating farther apart throughout the restaurant in my opinion. Also, I've been to other locations and there was only 1 decoration piece here so I expected more. Their jasmine rice is a great vegetable to complement this entree. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing. The servers are professional & respectful. The tuna was diced up and definitely frozen and flavorless. I couldn't eat much of it. Basically tasted like I was eating onions and rice. My husband had the butterfish with lump crab. So they prepared another salmon which was undercooked inside. She told waitress she did not want the Salmon, so they took it off her bill. She did like chilled Caesar salad. Rainbow Trout tasted fishy, lemon butter sauce made it more edible. Waitress forgot to bring more lemon I asked for. Asparagus tasted unusual, perhaps like from a can. But this fish, Im maybe 70% sure it wasn't chilean sea bass, it was dry, rubbery, and absolutely did not taste like csb AND i had to use a knife to cut it. We always come here and were in the mood for this today. I had a $10 off giftcard so that was nice too. Wr have come here from time to time for many years. Our whole experience today was horrible. Server took forever to come over. We were ready to order for along time. We ordered Caesar salads, crab cake app, bang bang shrimp - everything came out fast and everything was cold as ice. So we ate ice cold $15 crab cakes. Finally server came over so we had him make a fresh order of bang bang shrimp since that's another $12. He had a new one made. I ordered fontina pork chop and my husband got mahi and shrimp with mashed potatoes and our son got fried shrimp. Everything was ice cold. The pork chop wasnt done all the way had none of the toppings on it. When the server finally came over we were just waiting to leave. He sent the manager over who took the bang bang shrimp off. Seriously our entire meal is messed up and you take the bang bang shrimp off which was originally served cold. What an awful experience. No apologies no asking what happened.
