The manager then came over and shared that this was an ongoing issue and suggested that it was the city and that they have bleach sometimes come thru or their water is dark and that there isn't anything they can do. What should be done is not sell fountain drinks or any drink and if it is the water which is used in all drinks and in food that should be a red flag for customers to be ingesting whatever this is. At the very least provide a disclaimer that drinks and food may be contaminated with whatever they believe it is.....and let the city know.
