Nothing special here. Honestly I would've expected the steak to be a little better given that this is a steakhouse but not bad. They have a nice variety of options and most entrees range from $15-30. Definitely get the bloomin onion as an appetizer. Our server was nice and attentive and the booth where we were seated was roomy enough for all 6 of us. Our food came out relatively fast. Not really a fan of the dim lighting in there but I think that's just part of the general ambiance? My steakhouse salad was pretty good. It was definitely enough for a dinner portion and the blue cheese and pecans inside made it really good. It comes with a very decent portion of steak. My only complaint is that my steak was very chewy instead of melt-in-your-mouthy. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't amazing. read more

I enjoy the occasional visit to Outback and have always had excellent service at this location. Ordering the Bloomin Onion is a must, although I'm so glad they have the smaller version now, because no one needs to put away a full sized one. The steaks are okay; I find they tend to be overcooked. Lately we have been ordering food to go, and the last time we discovered discovered when we got home that had given us an extra appetizer. We didn't mind of course, but I hope no one else was missing it in their order! read more

Pictured as a Victoria steak prepared not like I ordered it. This is obviously very very rare, I ordered medium rare. The vegetables were not cooked correctly either. The carrots were raw while the broccoli and squash were overdone and tasteless. I ordered a soda with the meal that did not come and the bread was sent with no butter, obviously the best part right? $68 and a huge waste of money. I've given them a five star rating in the past for the same meal. Someone was not cooking good tonight. PS I'm still hungry. read more

Outback Steakhouse - A very rare Victoria steak - Steakhouses Near Me - Annapolis, Maryland

Diagnosed with CoVid yesterday! So I'm using Door Dash and PeaPod. Still have my tastebuds so I decided on a medium rare sirloin with mashed potatoes and a side Caesar salad. Impeccably cooked, packaged and delivered! Even came with a little loaf of bread which I'll turn into croutons tomorrow. Whipped butter for bread and a delicious garlicky Caesar dressing on the side. Even made me feel a little better! read more

Outback Steakhouse - 11 oz Med rare sirloin, Caesar salad and homemade mashed potatoes! Door Dash delivery plated on my own dish. - Steakhouses Near Me - Annapolis, Maryland

My 5 star review is specifically for this Outback location in Annapolis. I will start by saying I have been to an Outback in mid-Missouri and the experience was such that I thought I'd never visit an Outback again. I decided to give it another chance, this time on the east coast. I'm glad I did. The service was phenomenal. Super friendly, all smiles the entire time. Very attentive to getting empty plates out of the way, keeping water glasses filled, explaining menu items, etc. It's obvious that management at this location stress the importance of customer service and friendliness. The food was great (note * ratings next to individual food/drink items): ****The Steakhouse Quesadilla was perfectly cooked, with prime rib inside. Really good choice. *****The Bloomin' Onion was, of course, amazing! This is a classic, a must have! ****The Three Cheese Steak Dip was so gooey and delicious, but it's heavy so be careful. The long corn chips that are served with it are awesome. **The Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad is something I'd avoid. I like blue cheese but this was overwhelming. The last time I went to Outback I also had a bad experience with the salad as it didn't have fresh ingredients. This salad at the Annapolis location had fresh ingredients but there were too many contrasting flavors. I don't think I'd order a salad again from Outback - there are too many other delicious menu items. *****The Sirloin topped with Garlic Butter was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes were perfect. The grilled shrimp were also perfect. A perfect dish that is sure to satisfy you. *****The Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse Cake is not to be eaten alone. Share with many, many people. Very sweet, very rich, very good. Don't attempt to eat alone. As far as drinks go: ****The Homefront Hero Cocktail was pretty good - it had Jim Beam in it and was pretty refreshing. *****The Aussie Mule was phenomenal. I highly recommend it as it is very fresh and has a great mix of flavors. *****The Bloomin' Blonde Ale was smooth and was great with the steak. **The Gingerbread Cookie Martini was actually pretty strong and a tad bit sweet for my liking. I'm not a huge Kahlua or Bailey's fan, though. read more

Their food is very tasty . But, the cookies have extremely too much salt! Seriously.... someone needs to remove it replace them!

I got a sorry excuse for chicken tenders. Tenders were tiny and 60% breading. Also received no fries. Honey mustard container was already small and was only half full. Do better on your chicken tendies outback. read more

john was our server and he was very rude and unprofessional. he was worried about who had the kids meal (my sister or her son) that was none of his buisness , he also had his finger in my mothers food when he was bringing it out and when she spoke up he rolled his eyes and walked away. like i said he was very rude and he needs a talking to. he also keeps looking over here at my sister because he just being nosey , he wants to know if she is eating her kids meal. read more

This was a great chance for me to try the new menu items at one of my favorite steakhouses. There are many Outback Steakhouse locations but I drove all the way from the Towson area to the Annapolis area for the experience. The wait staff were friendly, attentive, and nothing short of phenomenal. As for the food I particularly enjoyed the steak dip, the salad, and the gingerbread martini. Great seasonal picks and full of taste! I don't even like salad but I really enjoyed this one! read more

Came here on a Monday evening, restaurant wasn't busy at all and most tables were open. I was seated quickly with my family and our server was very nice but unfortunately not very attentive. While looking through the menu my husband notice something on the floor at the table behind us but assumed it was fallen bread or something but I started to notice a smell and that's when we realized there was poop on the floor. We were completely shocked and let the staff know immediately, one server insinuated that it might have been my two year old or maybe a service dog but my husband and I are extremely confident we would've noticed our kid sh***ing on the floor and there wasn't a dog there so not sure who did it or where it came from but very disgusting. After we were reseated on the other side of the restaurant we thought a manager would come by to apologize or something but no one came by, not even to take our drink order or to give us water or bread. After about 10 minutes we ended up leaving because as you can imagine we had lost our appetites. Would've given the restaurant more stars if we didn't have the poop incident. The staff we interacted with for the most part was friendly and I recognize it isn't the restaurant staff's fault someone did that, but the way it was handled and the lack of service throughout the whole experience was disappointing. read more

My waitress was slow and my husbands steak was bad. He got a $34 bone in ribeye. He ordered it rare but it was very undercooked. We told the waitress and apparently you have to wait for the manager to bring the bill when you complain. Except the manager took 15 minutes to come. This location has really gone downhill. We won't be coming back. read more

I'll have to say it's been a long time since I've been to any Outback restaurant. I used to love this place years ago and was a weekly gathering place for me and my friends or family. But the prices kept going up and the portions kept getting smaller they took all the variety of sauces away and the quality to details disappeared along with their rewards program. I was invited to join a get together at the one in Annapolis MD and had a very good experience. I tried a few new menu items and enjoyed the food even though it's not as good as it used to be I was blown away by the service. Everything was exceptional and the manager stopped by our table and introduced herself and checked on everything just like they used to. Overall it was a great experience and will be making more visits soon. read more

My mom and I dined here for lunch in late September on a Thursday. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but there were several tables occupied. We were seated immediately. Our server came over a few seconds later to take our drink orders. We received complimentary bread and butter. I don't believe the bread was warm, but it was soft and fresh. We ordered the Bloomin' Onion appetizer. It was crispy and hot, as always. My mom and I both ordered the $8.99 Lunch Combo, and we ordered the Alice Springs Chicken quesadilla and a house salad with bleu cheese. The salad was great and I love their croutons and salad dressing. My quesadilla tortilla was a little more well-done that I would have liked but it was tasty nonetheless. Our server was polite and attentive. Good food and great service means we will definitely return! read more

Good but not what it used to be. Great server, Julian, had way too many tables. Was very personable and frankly fun. Probably same for kitchen but food came out w/some sides cooled down. Asparagus was tough but quickly taken off bill. Steaks were good but again not as tender as before but definitely not tough. Guess times we live in. Bill-Annapolis read more

We came for dinner to get my usual New York strip medium. Unfortunately the steak I received was well done. We told our server Tomiko, who apologized and took the steak. The manager immediately followed up with us to apologize. A thicker cut came out quickly at the correct temperature. None of us are perfect but the way Outback handled the situation was, thank you Tomiko for your excellent service and the free dessert. read more

This place is the worst. I ordered delivery from their website at 6:45pm on a Wednesday and as of 9:30pm it has not arrived. I called the restaurant and was told that they have one delivery driver and delivery is going crazy. No apology from the manager but just telling me it's outside of her control. Elle refunded my delivery but no apology for the COLD food I received. Do not order delivery from this place. They lack empathy and basic customer service skills. read more

It was towards the end of business when my mother and I stopped by this Outback since my mother enjoys these chain restaurants over the high-end restaurants for nostalgic reasons. I'd definitely come back here again on my future visit. read more

This is for delivery - I have eaten at this Outback and picked up food many times and its usually pretty good - however I just tried delivery... They are not ready - all 4 steaks ordered tasted and smelled like old meat and were over cooked - food took 2.5 hours to arrive and seems like they cooked and kept it warm for way too long before delivery and left out the appetizer that I paid for on top of the bad food and late delivery. At least the dog liked the non-human edible steak. Very very disappointing - just use pickup until they figure out delivery. read more

Wow what a disappointing experience this past Saturday night! We waited an hour for a table with a baby! Luckily, she slept the whole wait time. I understand it was busy so we didn't mind waiting. In the past, Outback used to offer complimentary appetizers to customers in the waiting area which I might add would have helped the situation. Sadly, this particular visit no such thoughtfulness came from the management. I would like to point out that my wife and I come here about once every month and a half. We noticed that the last few times we visited the service has declined significantly from a couple of years ago. With that said, we were finally sat at around 7:50pm. From there it was all downhill. Our server took at least 10-12 minutes to greet us which is really not acceptable on a busy Saturday night. All I ask for is at least acknowledge our existence and say I'll be right over to take your order. After finally coming over to our table our server, who very nice and respectful, took our whole order. I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt at this point but she took another 10 minutes to give us our drinks was which unbelievable to me(2 sodas). We ordered medium wings which took about 15 minutes, not a terribly long time. But then my wife got furious from this point on. We realized we hadn't even received our salads yet and it was close to 9pm. My wife told me that she wanted to speak to the manager about the timing and the slow service. She also noticed every table around us that was sat after us had already received their meals. I would add that our server did not have any of those tables. I went to the restroom and evidently the manager came over to speak to my wife and she told him about our experience. When I came back our little one started to cry and I knew it was time to call it a day. I took our baby out to the car and my wife didn't come out for another 15 minutes. She told she had to wait for the check and the food to be wrapped up. On top of that I expected maybe a discounted check or complimentary dessert, but nope nothing from the management of Outback. I can't say that we will never eat at Outback again but I think we will seriously consider sticking to getting our food to go. I admit that I am a big fan of the food, but the service has me thinking about wasting 2 and a half hours of my life again on a Saturday night! No thank you! read more

Cole was my waiter. He was polite, attentive and very much a gentleman. Excellent service. Hostesses also greeted us with a smile and were polite. Ordered Aussie Ribs and Prime Rib. We had a wonderful dinner at the Annapolis Outback last night. There was a significant wait, but we had called ahead and were seated right at the time they gave us. During our short wait, a server came around with bites of menu items which was nice. Our server was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name! She was efficient, attentive, and very friendly despite the place being packed. We had an onion and the ahi tuna appetizer. My daughter liked the ahi so much we ended up ordering more! For entrees, we had prime rib, the 6 oz sirloin, and the salmon. We were all very happy with our food. It was served hot, delicious, and presented prettily. We had the cake pops for dessert. They were what you'd expect, sweet and good. I still miss the chocolate cake they used to have years ago, and haven't yet found a dessert there that compares (hence the 4 stars). We also ordered an onion to go for a family member at home and it came nicely packed up in a bag with extra sauce. I recommend the Annapolis Outback far more than the Salisbury one (which is actually closer to us). read more

It was ok... My sandwich (chicken and Swiss) was very well executed with a fantastic side of sweet potato fries drizzled with what I think was honey. Delish. My son had some chic tenders and broccoli (over cooked, but he likes them that way), and hubby was the one who was a bit disappointed He ordered a steak and it came with a side of BBQ shrimp and scallops and a fully loaded baked potato. He was only truely happy with the potato. The shrimp were definitely not BBQ, they looked boiled and seasoned, same with the scallops. I didn't even eat them. Food was ok, oh and the blooming onion, a bit spicy. The service was fantastic though. Very attentive even though it was a really busy friday night. Drinks were always full and the waitress was pleasant. We will prob go back, but there are so many better places around, that may not be a true statement. read more

First time at Outback and I'm impressed by their customer service! Nathaniel looked after us along with the rest of the outback team. I had the 6oz sirloin and shrimp. I ordered this specifically because it was on the gf menu. They came back and confirmed that I wanted GF. This was already so kind. I ordered my steak med and it came well done. I figured it was a mistake and let it pass. Once I had my second bite the manager came with a surprise medium cooked steak! Nathaniel had another steak cooked as soon as he noticed! They didn't want to leave me waiting for a meal. Amazing service recovery! Memorable experience! read more
