We ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. Pizza was ready just before they said it would be. Staff was extra friendly and the pizza was awesome! I have celiac and their gluten-free pizza is excellent. Finding good gluten-free pizza feels nearly impossible, but this place is the best my family has ever had! My son tried the pepperoni and I had pulled pork and pineapple. I'm a 5 minute walk away but ordered for delivery given the cold. 3 small pizzas for $52 when you add delivery charge and tip. Online order said 90-100 minutes. That's ok. It's a cold Friday at dinner time. 130 min later I call and ask what's up. Uh, another 30 minutes. But we'll give you 75 percent off. Still cost $21 because of tip and the absurd $3 delivery charge given how close I live. The pizza, though, was quite tasty but not worth the wait or price. Thin crispy crust, decently spiced sauced. Upon inquiry, they mentioned at one hour, they were about to put it in. Great food, but they need to figure out the ordering online. Best Pizza in Andover! Having tried all the other pizza places around, I have finally found the place that I have been waiting for! Awesome thin crust pizza with great toppings. I have to imagine it is very tough opening a restaurant during Covid-times, so I am so overjoyed that they did! Overpriced garbage. Ordered half a dozen times, late delivery, cold delivery or literally delivering to the wrong address. Topping portions are a joke. If you want to spend $30 on a cheese pizza that's cold or not delivered, this place is for you. Otherwise, go with Dominoes and be dissatisfied still but for a third the cost. read more

Coming from a hospitality background where we deal with gourmet food and events six days a week, pizza is king in my book. It hits the spot after a long day of menu planning. The simplicity I grew up with. Moving to Andover just four months ago I was excited to find so many great restaurants close by. When we discovered Otto's was less than three miles away, I was happy to finally have a place to order a high quality pizza with a delicious crust. Six orders since September and each one has arrived pipping hot with delicious seasonal salads and great meatballs added from time to time. So, Emma, we gave you folks another shot. We took out a bacon onion and mushroom pizza, which was AWESOME!!!. Success!!! We also (unfortunately) ordered my favorite, again, against my best judgement, and again, to my unsurprize, I was unsurprised! Please don't take this the wrong way, but your store managers and pizzaioli CLEARLY DO NOT know what the phrase "roasted garlic" means (etymologically or gastronomically.) Our Kalamata Spinach and "roasted garlic" was as in past blunders GODAWFUL!!! You CANNOT advertise something as "roasted garlic" and load your pizza with RAW GARLIC. I'm sorry, but I don't know how else to explain this kind of contempt for your customers, your profession, or your menu. You either think people are stupid and won't know the difference between roasted garlic and RAW CRUNCHY garlic on a pizza; or else your staff are stupid. I gave you a second chance. Shame on me. By far the best pizza in town. We moved here in 2014 and would drive three towns over to get out pizza until we discovered Otto. They do everything right from the crust so light and flavorful, the sauce has just enough seasoning and the amount of cheese is perfect. The service is wonderful whether ordering online or sitting in the restaurant, we always get our pizza made correctly and served hot. Love this place!! read more

We had drinks at the bar and then moved to a table for salads and pizzas. The Greek Salad was fresh and delicious and the Tortellini Pizza and Pepperoni/ Mushroom Pizza were to die for. The staff, including the hostess, bartenders and wait staff outdid themselves. They stayed calm and cool on a super busy night and provided great service! Well done and we will be back! read more

Our 2nd time ordering pizza from Otto...1st time is what brought us back a 2nd time...we ordered a Sausage & Vidalia onion pizza and it was very disappointing...for what Otto charges there should be more than a couple of sausages and onion on the pizza...we will give it one more try. read more
