First time I've reviewed anything on Yelp, but this pizza was AMAZING. Just buy a pie and try it and you'll be sold. Thin crust. Fresh toppings in terrific combinations. Orders are always ready when promised. We just ordered four (for an extended family get-together) and everyone was in agreement: Otto's is a winner. And, we're Italian so...we know good pizza. Sausage and onion; one of their veggie combos; gluten-free Margarita (very good); and their seasonal butternut squash/ricotta/cranberry...so good I may need to have one every week this fall. read more

Great pie & a clean and friendly dining room!

Great pizza, reliable and always delicious! Service is great and the space is adorable yet spacious. Andover is lucky to have an OTTO!

Fantastic pizza, great service. I would highly recommend giving Otto a try if you're looking for some good pizza.

This place has the best thin crust pizza with a great variety of unusual toppings! Online ordering is easy and orders have always been ready when they were supposed to be! read more

Get some better help. Things are tough enough for small biz right now. Called in a pizza with a credit card. Sent daughter in to pick it up at the said time. Cashier had no record of the CC and pizza was an additional 1/2 hour. Get it together read more

Ordered on DoorDash and took forever to deliver and once I got it it was cold. They kept extending the delivery. Took over an hour and a half. Would not recommend. read more

Best pepperoni pizza I've had in Merrimack valley! Going back again for the second time in a week!!

We've been fans for years and we're so excited to see them come to Andover!! Otto pizza is fast and delicious!!

Otto has stepped up the pizza game in Andover and the region. Very good, thin crust Buffalo Cauliflower, delish when warm and maybe better a day later cold. New restaurants have glitches, give this time and patience and it's worth the wait. Order on-line was prompt and friendly from the funny side window. A welcome addition to a blah pizza landscape. read more

Love the pizza here. Decor is pretty basic (nothing bad). So glad they have come to Andover.

We ordered pizza from Otto this evneing. We ordred a large tortellini pizza and a large sausage and onion. Crust great. My beef has to do with the very stingy - extremely stingy - portions of ingredients on the pizza. There was literally one pice of sausage on each slice of the sausage pizza. What? I pay almost $50.00 for pizza and that is all on the pizza? The same happened with the Tortellini pizza. There was literally one piece of tortellini on each piece. Rip off! I will stick with the basics in the future - Andover Deli, Depot, Pizza Factory in North Andover, etc. read more

Great 1st experience. Not only were the pizzas and meatballs we ordered delicious, but Alex went out of his way to assist us with food allergy concerns. Two thumbs up for Otto in Andover! read more

Cool spot, Pizza was very good, beer menu was great. (Mixed drinks looked good too!). Biggest issue was dine in pizzas were competing with the massive amount of take out orders. The wait for pizzas after we ordered took way too long. If that gets figured out, will visit often. read more

Great Pizza and food, great Beer on tap and GREAT and friendly service. What else can you ask for?!

Love the Pizza here. Always fresh ingredients and orders delivered correctly! Fun exciting toppings to choose from.

Gluten free pizza is something I just haven't been able to find anywhere that is worth it... except here! They make their own gluten free dough and it's amazing! They can accommodate allergy requests very well, too. I served these pizza at get-togethers and most people were surprised that it was gluten free! Need a location closer to me! :) read more

Unbelievably delicious pizza!!! Welcome to 01810 OTTO, we're glad you're here! We ordered delivery and it was piping hot when we received it! It was like we were eating it right at the restaurant. Well done, OTTO! No other delivery pizza has achieved that. Tried their famous mashed potato pizza (yummmm!) and a margharita pizza (hit the spot). Lots of fresh ingredients, ample toppings. Pizzas are made by pros. A great frequent flier program, too. We'll be ordering again this weekend for sure! Hey, just realized that 01810 is a palindrome - just like OTTO!! It's meant to be! read more

Consistently awesome pizza. It's the best. Highly recommend it. Goonin. Epic. Yeet-tastic.

This is the best pizza in Andover. Crust is crisp yet chewy. Toppings are unique. Looking forward to sampling every pie!

Absolutely the best pizza in the Merrimack Valley. Delicious! Love the ability to order exactly what I want online and the to track the progress of the order. read more

Delicious pizza, lots of unique options, monthly specials. We have tried many different toppings and have loved them all! Bonus: the homemade ranch is phenomenal for dipping your crust into! read more

I could eat the Ricotta/Basil pizza on their gluten-free crust every day!!!! So good!!

I have been gluten free for 10 months, this is by far the best pizza I have eaten in that time. My sons got regular pizza's and I was impressed with the size and shape of the pizzas. the shape shows that they are hand stretched and not cookie cutter purchased crusts. I think, actually, I know we just found our new pizza place. read more

I have ordered a couple of times in the past since Otto opened in Andover. I have told many friends as well. However, unfortunately I will never order from them again. Tonight I placed my order at 6:45pm on the app for delivery and it indicated that my delivery window was 7:40 to 7:50pm. I called Otto Andover at 8pm to tell them my order had not arrived. They told me another 5 to 10 minutes that the driver was on the way. The app. showed the order was still in prep and that the drivers GPS was disabled. 15 minutes went by and I called the store again and told them to cancel the order since it was to late for me to eat it and they refused to cancel the order and wouldn't refund my credit card. I am very disappointed with how they handled this situation and how late my order was. Sadly that is how restaurants loose customers and end up closing their business. Otto was better during peak COVID times when all they were doing was pickup and delivery. Seems they can't handle fully operating. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I'm currently standing, waiting for my order that is, as of this moment 30 minutes late! When I ordered it was a 65-75 minute wait to pick up, which was fine, it was a long drive for me. I get there about 80 minutes after ordering and the place seems oddly busy. Odd because there are A LOT of people there, but none were eating. After about 5 minutes standing in front of the register, someone finally acknowledged my existence. I gave him my order, he looked at the computer for a bit, then asked me to hold on. He went to the back, I saw him speaking with someone "in charge", looking at me, and the order "receipts" in the kitchen. After a few minutes, he comes back and tells me they canceled my order, no reason given. He was semi-apologetic and said they will have it for me in 10 minutes. At that time, the other nearby customers started talking, and I found out this was a pattern. One poor guy ordered at 5 and didn't get in until 8! Another customer was given his pizza but asked where his meatballs were. I watched as they assured him he would get his meatballs, then 10-15 minutes later saw them tell him they ran out. REALLY??? It took you THAT long to realize. Seems par for the course here. I waited about 15-20 minutes with no order received. I went up AGAIN to ask how much longer and was told 10 minutes AGAIN!!!! I said cancel the order and left. This place is one of the most poorly run I have EVER been. Keeping people waiting indoors for their orders, which take wayyyyyy longer than they tell you, is not safe during these times. Fingers crossed I didn't get Covid! read more
