Otto's pizza really is my favorite pizza because of the high quality ingredients they use, particularly the sauce. A word of warning, though, it is REAL pizza. I say this as a warning because if I was picking up pizza for a group and there was going to be say twenty minutes between the time of pick up and the time of consumption, then actually I would recommend a different chain. This pizza requires you eat it hot out of the oven, in my opinion. It's not like Papa Gino's where a hot slice and a 30 minute room temperature slice give the same satisfaction. They have individual slices to warm in their oven and you can always pop in for a nice hot slice to impress any pizza connoisseur. I live ten minutes away, order three to four times a week, and rush home to devour it. By the time I'm on the last slice, it's usually not warm enough; and oh well, because all the other slices were heaven. My favorites are the chicken and basil, the cheese oh how I love the sauce it is perfect, and butternut squash and cranberry pizza. The tiramisu is the best I've had. It's too good! Probably the only real competition for quality they have is Frank Pepe's from CT at the Burlington Mall. There is another pizza place across the street, but I literally can't bring myself to try it - too satisfied by Otto's. The entire team there does a really great job. read more

First time ordering from Otto and through the Slice app. Was very pleased with the ordering process and the quick delivery...they were actually faster than the app indicated they would be. Pizza was delicious, especially the spicy pulled pork and scallion. The sausage & vidella onion was also very good. Love Otto's...their pizzas are great. My 4-star review is because the garlic chopping is inconsistent from one order to the next. Sometimes I think they just throw entire cloves on the pizza. They should either buy pre-chopped garlic in a jar or teach their sous chef better knife skills. I have a picture showing what came off one small slice of pizza and will try to post. Really good pizza, but terribly inconsistent. Examples would be when I order a pizza with peperoni and there is literally 4 pieces of peperoni on the pie. The next time I order extra peperoni and there is so much peperoni that I have to remove half of it. Another time I ordered extra sausage and there was no sausage. Always open the box before you leave the building. Sometimes the crust is way overcooked. Again, the product is good. They need to better train the staff to make it great.
