I'm so glad I waited!! Sally went above and beyond. She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat. I rented a unit in December and paid 4-months in advance at $72/month, plus a mandatory insurance coverage, which I was told could be canceled after the first month if I contacted them. I recently received two notices for a rate change in the mail the same day. One stated that the price would increase to $89/month and the other stated $144/month. They can't even make up their mind how much they want to jack up the rate. It looks like I will be relocating to Remington Storage in Hernando across from Citrus Hills. It is much easier to get in and out of Remington Storage with a utility trailer.
