After hearing about my situation, she offered to close her location to drive the hour to the facility I was at and get me signed in so that I wouldn't have to stress about finding a new storage facility at the last minute! I'm so glad I waited!! Sally went above and beyond. She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly saved the day and made a potentially difficult situation into a very positive one. I would recommend to other!

One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. Where nice chewed through. Had to bomb it three times and set traps everywhere before taking it to back my house. Also raised tent to $300 saying it was because it was highly sought after units. I see so many units with no padlocks. Take it somewhere where they care about your stuff. Lastly, put us in a unit with a huge yellow curb drop making it difficult for dolly in and out.

Called to get camera footage to show the police and never got a response back. There are no actually humans at this property so it makes it very tricky to get a hold of anyone. I removed my fifth wheel from the property ASAP on 2/6 and WAS STILL CHARGED A FULL MONTHS worth!! No one ever contacted me about the damage on my vehicle! They don't care about your property at all here and the cameras on the property are clearly just for show.
