One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. Do note that there is no trash on site (what you bring in, you bring out). Thank you, Florida Secure Storage! You honor your name.

If you accidentally trigger the alarm, the owner rudely calls your phone to scold you like a child. They discriminate against disabled people and speak to them very rudely. DO NOT rent with them. They have terrible customer service and are not accommodating to customers with special needs and don't follow the Americans with Disabilities Act as they are required to do by federal law. Lastly, besides bad customer service, their prices are outrageous and is a complete rip off.
