There was one incident where a dent was put in my ceiling trying to get my bedframe upstairs, but I don't fault the movers as that frame is an absolute BEAST, and I also have slanted ceilings. The owner offered to either send someone out to take care of the ceiling damage, or knock some off the total bill. It was a small spot, so I just chose the latter, but these guys will take care of you if there is any damage caused during moving. It's much appreciated - I'm going to guess that most places wouldn't do that. Thumbs up!

Well you get the idea. We are experienced. In our last move, we packed everything but secured help to load and move. Mighty Man Movers was the company we hired. The initial process was easy and Andre made suggestions, asked questions, and provided a bid we could understand. On site, he and his crew were FAST, considerate, and careful with our belongings. We were pleased. Recently, we needed help moving our daughter from Jacksonville to Ocala. We called Mighty Man Movers again. We experienced the same thoughtful service. When the move turned out to be much more time consuming and tedious than expected or how it was portrayed to him, Andre said we needed to renegotiate but didn't stop doing the job. He trusted that a fair accounting would be forthcoming and kept doing what needed to be done. I would trust Andre and his crew with ANY moving job. He is just that good. In addition, he is expanding his business into home services: fans, lights, roofing repair, etc. We had him and his crew install a vent in the roof to connect to the microwave exhaust fan. (I hate the mess cooking makes when the moisture, grease and fume spread around the inside of the house.) They demonstrated the same business ethic here. I highly recommend them.

I got a call this morning at 9 AM that they no longer were able to deliver the dumpster we agreed upon because over the weekend their truck that transports them had mechanical issues. The representative on the phone understood my frustration because I had taken PTO to do this project today. He then offered to bring me two 15 yard dumpsters which equals 30 yards instead of the 20 yard I ordered to make up for it. It was a fair offer in theory had they have been able to execute on their promise. At 1 o'clock, I still didn't have any dumpsters in my driveway had lost the entire day I had taken for PTO. I then called back to explain my frustration that now to do the project I have to take a second day of PTO since I wasted this one. I was told the gentleman was on the way to the dump to dump out one dumpster so they would have both of the 15s to bring me. It became a parent at that point that they're never likely was a dumpster available today. They just didn't have one and didn't wanna lose the job so made a promise to me that they could execute when they knew they couldn't. I received absolutely zero empathy for the second PTO day request, and then the gentleman on the phone started to become argumentative. I highly recommend you hire anyone but this company because they are unreliable and do not do what they say they can do. If you're relying on the affordable waste solutions to do their part to meet a project schedule or deadline whether you're in Construction or a home repair project it won't be with this company as they just feed you mistruths while they juggle their equipment to not lose out on a job. Honesty goes a long way and they lack it.

However, the girl that worked there did not address some of the issues that occurred and never mentioned them to the owner so things were never handled in a timely manner. I had issues with billing and needed a credit and had to call several times in order for that to happen. She just never took care of anything. In addition, I left in the middle of the month, and the amount I had paid for the month was not prorated, which is extremely disappointing. I always felt safe when I was at my storage unit and always felt like my items were safe.
