I had issues with billing and needed a credit and had to call several times in order for that to happen. She just never took care of anything. In addition, I left in the middle of the month, and the amount I had paid for the month was not prorated, which is extremely disappointing. I always felt safe when I was at my storage unit and always felt like my items were safe.

One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. There's nothing worse than going through the struggle and stress of moving and having to depend on storage facility only to have that same facility treat you like dirt. Knowing that they can because you are at their mercy. Fortunately I was blessed to be transfered to Lamar's voicemail. The one individual in this company that seems to have morals, decency and an actualy work ethic. He not only called me back within minutes but he allowed me to vent. He advised he would forward my issue the district manager which I was not very confident in. In less than an hour Lamar called me back to tell me my issue was resolved. Lamar went above and beyond when no one else would even do the basics. And for that I am eternally grateful.

No one told me this at the time of my rental arrangements. When I said I would cancel my unit- keep in mind I had already paid for one month. I was treated as if they did not care. I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to a customer service rep who literally repeated the same point that they can't do anything. The unit I was given have a very slanted road. I have machine that I'm trying to store in this unit and the slanted road makes it impossible to load and unload the machine, this defeats the purpose of my need for a storage unit unless I go through the hassle of the canceling this unit and getting a new unit. and there is no guarantee that they won't just assign the same unit again. This also delays my time to move out of the place I'm trying to vacate.
