However, the girl that worked there did not address some of the issues that occurred and never mentioned them to the owner so things were never handled in a timely manner. I had issues with billing and needed a credit and had to call several times in order for that to happen. She just never took care of anything. In addition, I left in the middle of the month, and the amount I had paid for the month was not prorated, which is extremely disappointing. One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! The one individual in this company that seems to have morals, decency and an actualy work ethic. He not only called me back within minutes but he allowed me to vent. Lamar went above and beyond when no one else would even do the basics. And for that I am eternally grateful.

If their facility is secure, why would this be so imperative? Even so, I was called numerous times while I was out of town trying to move to be informed that this was absolutely unacceptable. No one told me this at the time of my rental arrangements. When I said I would cancel my unit- keep in mind I had already paid for one month. I was treated as if they did not care. No customer service to resolve the issue, smooth things over or value my business. Notice, they only have one other review total.

I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to a customer service rep who literally repeated the same point that they can't do anything. The unit I was given have a very slanted road. I have machine that I'm trying to store in this unit and the slanted road makes it impossible to load and unload the machine, this defeats the purpose of my need for a storage unit unless I go through the hassle of the canceling this unit and getting a new unit. and there is no guarantee that they won't just assign the same unit again.
