Went to pick up my boat on April 15th and it was gone! The managers/owner gave the thieves a 2 week lead time. Makes you wonder if this was an "inside job". The manager/owners were aware of the break-in because they have surveillance video of 2 men wearing masks and gloves entering the property and turning off the power! Common sense says they stole something! Asked manager for goodwill to partially cover part of the loss associated with insurance deductibles etc., no help. Bottom line, make sure you keep your property fully insured and check on it often, because this place will take no responsibility for their lack of common sense.

I spoke with customer service, and we discussed a refund. However, things took a positive turn when I received a call from Sally. After hearing about my situation, she offered to close her location to drive the hour to the facility I was at and get me signed in so that I wouldn't have to stress about finding a new storage facility at the last minute! I'm so glad I waited!! Sally went above and beyond. She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly saved the day and made a potentially difficult situation into a very positive one. I would recommend to other!
