The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. If you accidentally trigger the alarm, the owner rudely calls your phone to scold you like a child. They discriminate against disabled people and speak to them very rudely. DO NOT rent with them. They have terrible customer service and are not accommodating to customers with special needs and don't follow the Americans with Disabilities Act as they are required to do by federal law. Lastly, besides bad customer service, their prices are outrageous and is a complete rip off.

After hearing about my situation, she offered to close her location to drive the hour to the facility I was at and get me signed in so that I wouldn't have to stress about finding a new storage facility at the last minute! I'm so glad I waited!! Sally went above and beyond. She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat. The facility had multiple hurricane closures during that time and also underwent property updates (including solar panels), so it's hard to ignore the possibility that something happened during storage. The most frustrating part: I filed a formal complaint with detailed documentation and never received a single response. If everything goes perfectly, you'll probably be fine. But if something goes wrong, don't expect any follow-up or accountability.
