Then I called T&D Propane and spoke with Camy. She went out of her way to help. After I sent photos, she personally worked on a solution for me. This morning, two of their men came to my home, thoroughly tested everything, fixed leaks in both the tank and stove, replaced the line, and even dug a hole and set a concrete block so the tank won't rust. They also put a few gallons in the tank so I could cook right away, and they'll return this week to fill it properly - they simply cared and went far above and beyond. They showed up early for a delivery and did not notify us so the leak detection I paid for could not be "completed" even though someone was at the house and the driver didn't even knock on the door. AmeriGas has the audacity to charge us an extra $400 because they had to have someone come out and complete the leak detection (you know, the one I already paid for). Customer service will not drop the charges because they feel like it's all valid.

I can never get anyone on the phone. When they do finally answer they say hello & then transfer me to the main call center before I can answer or they can't hear me at all no matter what phone I call them from (my personal cell, my work cell, a hard line, etc.). They know the hold the have over you because you "need" them to cook, to shower, to wash your clothes so the customer service sucks & there us no willingness to help you because you'll pay their rip off prices either way. We are looking into any way to get out from under them and will never look back.
