I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sunrise Propane…read more They recently set me up with propane service for a new 26kW Generac standby generator, a tankless water heater, and installed the supply lines needed to convert several appliances from electric to propane. What could have been a complicated process turned out to be remarkably easy. A big part of that was Pete. He was outstanding from day one--responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer questions. No matter what came up, he got back to me quickly and made sure I understood my options and the next steps. Having someone that engaged and customer-focused made the entire project virtually stress-free. The installation work was completed professionally, everything went according to plan, and the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a propane company that communicates well, does quality work, and genuinely takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Sunrise Propane. Ask for Pete--you'll be glad you did.

With the back to back Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton mess of the 2024 season, we spent a lot…read moreof time running on the whole house generator (Thanks Duke! /s). This of course consumes quite a bit of propane, and we began to get into the danger zone. Our normal fill company was eight days out, so I began calling every place around Pinellas county, and south to Sarasota. Sunrise not only said they'd fit me in, but for a trivial $75 off-route fee, they could come the next morning instead of waiting a couple days for their normal weekly visit to my area. They showed up right on time and took care of everything; even swapped out my foggy tank gauge so I could see what percentage I was at, which I'd been unable to do for a few years. Five more days on generator and I was ready for a top off the following week, they were back out again on the normal day while everyone else was still a week or more out from being able to get me. The rate per gallon was a bit higher than market, but hard to complain about that when everyone was a week or more out from even being able to service my house.

I am a senior living alone and my old 100 lb propane tank and stove were giving me real trouble…read more Multiple companies turned me away, saying they couldn't fill my tank or come out. Then I called T&D Propane and spoke with Camy. She went out of her way to help. After I sent photos, she personally worked on a solution for me. This morning, two of their men came to my home, thoroughly tested everything, fixed leaks in both the tank and stove, replaced the line, and even dug a hole and set a concrete block so the tank won't rust. They also put a few gallons in the tank so I could cook right away, and they'll return this week to fill it properly - they simply cared and went far above and beyond. Thank you, Camy, and the wonderful team at T&D Propane. You truly made a big difference for this grateful senior. I will recommend you to everyone!

At no point did he…read moreask me to change my review, but was rather seeking genuine, more detailed feedback to improve their operations. He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

Great company, great service, no worries!…read more Their sales representative Fransisco Carelli was friendly, knowledgeable and matched their competitor's price. The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.
