Girl who answered the phone sounded half asleep. No resolution or even a call back after being transferred and leaving a message for whoever I was transferred to. Emailed them explaining the issue, again trying to resolve, but again received no response. I see also "Business Owner" is posting right here on yelp saying they do not charge those fees. Clearly this is not true at all.
