Called 2 days ago about another tank re-fill. Specifically asked what the charges would be and any extra fees or delivery fee. Was expressly told "just gas and tax" "no delivery charge". Invoice left for me shows FUEL RECOVERY FEE, HAZMAT FEE, and DELIVERY FEE (see image). THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WAS JUST TOLD ON THE PHONE! Called to give them a chance to resolve. Girl who answered the phone sounded half asleep. No resolution or even a call back after being transferred and leaving a message for whoever I was transferred to. Emailed them explaining the issue, again trying to resolve, but again received no response. I see also "Business Owner" is posting right here on yelp saying they do not charge those fees. Clearly this is not true at all. Owner post on Yelp: "we charge no additional fees", "charge...taxes...and cost of propane" My bill: 3 additional fees Ideal Gas just expressly stated they do not charge (See my images showing both.) On the Idealgas invoice is a "Refer a friend" offer for $50. Who would refer someone to a business that behaves this way? Dishonestly and outright lies to customers by a business is not acceptable behavior.....Ever. Very Disappointing from a company I thought was honest and reputable.

Buddy Dingman gave me some good advice about a year ago even without me being a customer. He treated me kindly then and so when it came time to switch companies, IDEAL was my first choice. The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

They are prompt and so easy to schedule. Actually, they put me on automatic delivery and based on my use they usually delivered 2x/yr. When I first moved in they came out to check my oven and stove to make sure there were no leaks. The service person was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Bottom Line: it's great to be able to deal with a local company who does their job!
