Years ago the office and the fuel truck had different prices. ya never knew what they were gonna charge.plus lately it's always been a fight. oh and when l had the massive leak, l was told to go to a hotel and don't light any matches. geez, send someone out l thought l was gonna blow up my neighborhood. l don't feel safe with this company. if you are starting fresh with a new generator, read the reviews for this company, not very good. The ladies in the office are nice. that all the good l can muster up.

Very Unhappy Customer! We have lived in our home since March 2015 and it is our first experience…read morewith residential propane. My experience with Suburban has been absolutely terrible. I can never get anyone on the phone. When they do finally answer they say hello & then transfer me to the main call center before I can answer or they can't hear me at all no matter what phone I call them from (my personal cell, my work cell, a hard line, etc.). They know the hold the have over you because you "need" them to cook, to shower, to wash your clothes so the customer service sucks & there us no willingness to help you because you'll pay their rip off prices either way. We are looking into any way to get out from under them and will never look back.

Then I got a $30 Lowes cash credit which I used for a new toy, err, I mean tool. The crew did an excellent job. Far faster and better than I could have done with such a complicated floor plan.
