Leroy, a manager, put my number in the system for me to be called the moment it was replaced. I decided to go to the store to double check whether the stove was still there and was greeted by the whole shown in the photo. A worker in appliances told me someone bought it and took it - an option I was told twice did not apply to me. Its disgusting policy is so random. I'll give my business to a local appliance store instead where I'll get actual customer service. Leroy is great but it didn't even matter he got involved.

They gave me a 10% veteran discount. They helped me save $150 by picking up the materials myself (5 boxes of flooring, quarter round and vapor barrier). Then I got a $30 Lowes cash credit which I used for a new toy, err, I mean tool. The crew did an excellent job. Far faster and better than I could have done with such a complicated floor plan.

It's not as big as Lowe's and much cleaner and nicer. The people that work there are friendly and will take the time to stop and help you. When they see you looking around in each aisle, they would ask you if they can help you, unlike most larger hardware stores where you would walk pass a worker and they will not even look up. There is one person that works there really stood out for us. Her name is Carol, and she is a cashier. Carol's smile and her friendly disposition really stood out to us and now every time she sees us, she always greets us always says, "hi guys!". I always look forward to seeing her when we go into the store. She always asks how our day is going and how we are. When they are not busy, we will stand and chat with her for a bit but not long. We do not want to get her in trouble. They also have a bucket of bags of popcorn near her cash register so of course I always grab one when we are checking out. Oh, they also have cats in there for adoption and I think sometimes they have chicks too. Sparr is a little jewel tucked away in a small plaza behind McDonalds and Chipotle in the city of Wildwood. If you've never been to Sparr Building and Farm. Go in one time and check it out.

I know how the business works when you quote $45 a square foot you don't jack it up by $60 to make extra money. It's absolutely Ludacris please do yourself a favor shop around and get quotes elsewhere. We were able to actually see samples of the cabinets, counter tops and and faucets. We decided to pick the counter top material from their "remnants" to save some money. So, they took us to the yard and storage area to make our selection. We decided on quartz for the material. We ordered white cabinets, but when they arrived from the manufacturer they were "ash white" (light grey). Wildwood Kitchen handled the problem without a single complaint. I was very impressed with the removal of the old vanities and the installation of the new ones, the installation of the new quartz tops and undercounter sinks and the final plumbing. All of this was done as scheduled. Each person arrived within the time range that we expected. Employees were efficient, friendly and professional. Every job is different, but my experience with Wildwood Kitchen and Bath deserved the 5 star rating.
