My experience wasn't overly positive but definitely not negative so I always recommended them when anyone asked about a mower shop. In fact, my son just recently purchased all of his equipment from Choo Choo. Approximately $12,000. I recently took my Gravely in for service and while I was there decided to treat myself to a new suspension seat that was on sale. I asked if they gave a first responder discount and was told "yes. We can take an additional 5% off. When I went to pick up the mower, the service guy said that they made a mistake and couldn't give the discount on a sale item. He said, but we didn't charge you for installation of the seat. When I got home and was reviewing my receipt, I noticed they did in fact charge for the installation. When I began mowing, I could smell burning rubber and smoke was rolling out from my deck. They routed the PTO belt wrong and it was up against a bolt. It was shredded. I made a trip to Choo Choo and asked to speak with the manager. I voiced my complaints and was given a new belt for me to install. This is what I paid them to do. I was told the owner would call me Monday to make it right. After fixing their mistake I was finally able to mow. However, I was smelling a strong odor of gasoline. I raised the seat to find my pickup tube was partially broke and hanging out of the tank. This was caused by the new seat bouncing against it. So I have another issue to fix after letting them touch my mower. I'm still waiting on that phone call from the owner. I do not recommend this company as they where dishonest and incompetent. Anyone can sell equipment. It's the service after the sale that matters.

We had a Toro years ago but our little hill in back wore down the self propelled "gears". We learned all Toro's are not created equal: plastic parts verse metal parts and different brand motors etc. I usually have some buyers remorse but Stu was a huge help and I feel we got a great mower for our needs. The first oil change is included which is nice since it's the most important and easily forgotten. A nice lady even got us something to drink while we waited. I would like to thank the guys at Ace Hardware in Winter Garden that referred them because Main Street offered financing and Ace didn't.

Fast forward to September. Similar fuel problem. Brought it back and they put in a new carburetor. And charged me for the replacement. $90plus. No warranty, no consideration for a failed repair. Arrogant response from service, that I caused the fuel problem. Not impressed with this business.

About two months later I had to call them about the repair. They said it was going to be about two weeks to get the parts in. On 12/3/25 I sent them an email asking about the repair. They replied back and said they still needed a couple of seals but would keep me informed. A couple of weeks later I called them back and a gentleman said it was done and the person that worked on it would call me back about getting it delivered. I never heard back from them. I called again and the person I spoke to said that they were still waiting on parts. I told them that the person I spoke to earlier said it was done. That person said she would have the gentleman call me back. Well it is now almost the end of January and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM. PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT GETTING MY GOLF CART BACK!!!
