I was rescheduled for today and then got a email stating they could not fill my tank due to liability, but the real reason is they were too lazy to send a picture of the completed fill knowing that I am not home to receive my very first delivery of propane - - as a new customer I thought that was a no brainer especially since they canceled the day before when I could've been there personally. They dispatched a second technician who came out and checked my tank for leaks and determined that the first technician had left a valve open. He closed the valve but said I'd have to talk to the office about getting the gas replaced. I called their office and they said my lawn service must have opened the valve--! I don't have a lawn service and nobody but their technician touched the tank (which has a cap with a lock) prior to me discovering the leak. I live alone with my six year old son and neither of us touched it and nobody else was on our property. Now the managers are refusing to take my calls and won't call me back. I'm out $500 and I'm going to run out of gas sooner rather than later and on top of it I found out they charged me $7.09 per gallon when the going rate in my area is $4.46. They were charged $244 for labor and one part. $120 for a hour of labor and $124 for the part. The guy was there for less than one hour (abt 30 mins) and the part that was replaced still didn't fix the issue. He said that they didn't have the part on hand to fully fix it and told my dad it was better to just buy a brand new fire pit. He happily took the $244 without hesitation though. He did not take the fire pit apart to do any trouble shooting. I talk to two separate companies that repair fire pits and they said it was very rare to be able to fix the issue without taking the mechanism underneath the fire pit apart. He made his determination by sight only. This guy, and in turn the company, is a fraud and they have no hesitation to rip off older ppl who know no better. Beware of this company!

They gave me a 10% veteran discount. They helped me save $150 by picking up the materials myself (5 boxes of flooring, quarter round and vapor barrier). Leroy, a manager, put my number in the system for me to be called the moment it was replaced. I decided to go to the store to double check whether the stove was still there and was greeted by the whole shown in the photo. A worker in appliances told me someone bought it and took it - an option I was told twice did not apply to me. Its disgusting policy is so random. I'll give my business to a local appliance store instead where I'll get actual customer service. Leroy is great but it didn't even matter he got involved.

As for the truck I rented, it had 93K plus miles on it and always smelled like gas. the front shocks were worn out. The auto trailer had a tire strap that was almost cut in half, I had the location I picked up the trailer replace it before I would accept it. My advise, totally check out the equipment before you accept it. If you have no idea how to do that, you probably shouldn't be using/driving it. These trucks can weigh over 26,000 lbs (thats 6 times the weight of a typical car).
