Weather for purchasing or questions about equipment. I've also brought several things in for repairs. And it's always been good as new when picked up. Today I brought my pressure washer in for repairs. Unfortunately James said that they didn't repair pumps. I was disappointed, however he did recommend a place who he knew personally. He highly recommended this guy. I did bring my machine to who he recommended. Very nice guy. My point to all of this is this. Not many businesses will refer customers to another business. As a small business owner, I really appreciated the fact that he did. He did also help me get a serial number for a chainsaw I purchased that was stolen . Which now, thanks to James the police now have in the system. Hopefully it will be recovered. He was very personable and I will recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again James!

He took a $50 deposit I just called, and spoke to the manager because they called us back to tell us that in the midst of doing the repairs, the bolt broke and they can't get the part to fix it I asked if they would give us a discount towards a purchase of a new one since ours is broken and they can't repair it and he told us he'd give us our $50 deposit off of the purchase of their new mower after encouraging us not to buy from Lowe's or Home Depot

These guys are the BESTEST... bikers this is the place to bring your bike! Parking is good. Staff is amazing. They know small engines. (the guys here do motorcross on the weekends) I was very happy with the cost. They even let me buy the part, and they learned a place where to get cheaper OEM parts! It ended up being a win/win situation for both of us. I got my bike fixed and they found a place to get cheaper parts besides the dealer. If I have a problem again, this is the place I'm coming back to with any small engine! PS: Honda... it was the fuel pump, why could you figure that out!?!?!?

He was super rude even yelling at us as we were leaving. My husband has a brain injury, the way he walks and talks makes this obvious. I will NEVER again step foot in this store. We left and immediately went to another shop where we got fantastic friendly service.
