I contacted this guy, who was friendly and was available on short notice. He not only got us up and running again, he did a thorough tune up of the entire engine and inspected and cleaned everything, and changed out the fluids so we didn't have to. He also inspected the blade and if it was old and dull, he changed it and made recommendations to prolong the life of the mower even more. He got us back up and running in less than a couple hours I think. It hardly took ANY time - no dropping it off yourself and trying to not ruin your car with spilled gas and oil because of spilled fluids, then waiting forever for a shop to get back to you. Very reasonable fees! Expect to pay around $100 or more for service. It might be a dreaded expense but it's better than buying a new mower! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
