Fast forward to September. Similar fuel problem. Brought it back and they put in a new carburetor. And charged me for the replacement. $90plus. No warranty, no consideration for a failed repair. Arrogant response from service, that I caused the fuel problem. Not impressed with this business.

Two day later was called and informed they did not know why my machine was picked up as they do not repair this manufacturers machines. On payment of $80 my mower and parts would be returned no work done and minus pictures. I have now with the help of my brother in law and a you tube video of a one handed mechanic repairing my type of mower completed the repair A one handed mechanic could do what a supposed to be mower expert company could not complete.
