I have been there once before and the service was just ok. The store was busy for an early weekday afternoon. The store was well stocked and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The staff availability was very limited. There was only one person working the front. Another person eventually came but it did nothing to speed up service for the, at least, seven people waiting in line. After about fifteen minutes of waiting, the original worker acknowledged the last person in line and told him that there was a self checkout register available. The self checkout register is located right near the front door but not well posted. We all stood waiting in line and did not notice the register. There is a sign hanging above but none of us saw it.

I walked in and told the employee that I think my car battery died and he came out and tested the battery and his testing machine did say it was dead. First, she knew from experience that the one I was asking for was not the right one for my Nissan Versa, even though 5 different websites told me it was. But it was obvious she was right when we compared the one in my car to the one I initially requested. Then, Melissa and her co-worker helped me install the right battery, which for various reasons was the most difficult battery replacement I have ever been a part of. Long story short it took us over 30 minutes, and I doubt i could have done it without her help, at least not right then and there. Both of them were beyond helpful and I am very grateful!
