My check engine light came on, I have a 2016 town and country in great shape and low miles. I went to greenway Chrysler and they said I needed a new transmission, $6000 I went to another transmission place $4000 So a neighbor recommended this place Quality transmission, I brought it there and spent $2000 to get it fixed. They just fixed the problem, torque converter, I'm satisfied with the work because the other places wanted to put rebuilt or a new transmissions in. I have a warranty for the work and my can drives like new. Before I found quality transmission. I even considered trading it in for a new vehicle. But it's crazy at the dealerships. My wife and I were driving on East Colonial and had a tire blowout almost in front of the shop. I pulled in and they helped me right away. He Had a gentlemen drive us down the street to his colleagues tire place where I purchase the tire they mounted it for me there and then drove us back to our car at Jesus's shop. They then mounted the tire for me at no cost. I insisted on paying but he wouldn't accept. It was a kind of gesture that was very much appreciated especially in light of all of the things going on in the world. I can't recommend these guys enough. Buyer beware, stay away. Got a full, 4 wheel break job on 6/17/2020. 7 days later, 6/24/2020 front brakes lock-up, then go completely out almost causing a very serious accident. Had truck towed in (my expense), today the inform me I need to spend $400++ and of course they won't warrant thier poor work. Incompetent or dishonest. Both are horrible. Took truck across street to RO Auto. Not only do I need repair that they missed, now I have to have their work redone as well. This is not a competent vendor. Buyer Beware, stay away!! I called Rosie at Quality Transmissions when the engine in my 09 Sierra blew out. New and used truck prices are ridiculous so replacing my truck with a new one was not an option. She assured me that my truck would be better than new when they were done with it. She did not lie. Jesus rebuilt the motor, replaced the torque converter and sway bars, charged the a/c, serviced the transmission and went over the entire truck just to make sure it was road worthy for my kids. They didn't inflate any prices nor did they try to sell me something that I didn't need. They were very honest and beyond fair. They treated me like I was family. I am very disappointed in this establishment and it's crew. I took my vehicle in for clutch issues and asked to please give me estimates for the repair to avoid paying more than the car is worth. It seemed reasonable, so I had the repair done. The manager guaranteed me it was in great condition. But an hour after I picked up my car, I began having the same issues. I returned back the next day to be told I have to pay more money to have it fixed. When they supposedly looked it over entirely. I was told they couldn't predict what would happen. Buyer beware. Every time I come here I know my car is in good hands. I am your average broke college student with absolute no knowledge about cars. However, everyone here make me feel as if I am family. They will examine any issue I have with my car free of charge and honestly explain the situation so that I can understand too. Don't let the shop name fool you. I have had the misfortune to use these guys a couple of times. Sadly i didn't find out how bad they are until things started falling apart a few months after the repairs were done. 1. Replaced the radiator in my FX35. I drove away from the shop and 10 miles later my car stalled. Engine was over-heated, They had forgotten to tighten the radiator cap and the radiator was bone dry. They towed it back and fixed that "issue". 13 months later (of course,12 month warranty), the radiator is leaking. There is a crack on the inside near the fans. 2. They replaced my front struts around the same time. Less than a year later, my suspension feels hard and noisy up front again. Twice i had to go back because they had not installed the mounts right and the struts were squeaking. Both sides. I recently sold my other car that i had them work on. I have no clue how they have messed that one up. Feel bad for the guy who bought that from me. The only good thing I can say is that they are cheaper than others. Is that really a good thing? These idiots just needed to change my oil and they broke the drain plug bolt off in my oil pan and let me drive out of there with oil leaking out of my car at the rate of a quart a day. I couldn't get hold of them to fix it so I had a mechanic I'd used several times look at it and the oil pan needed to be replaced at over $300. I informed them of what happened and they won't pay me anything beyond the cost of the oil change. Rip off artists at best! read more

Do not go there they will damage your car and charge you for their fun! I brought my car there to have the A/C repaired and they took a screw driver to remove the radio and the frame around it and chipped and dented my dashboard and radio ! SUCH an AWFUL JOB! If you want to pay to have your car damaged more then you can bring it there. read more

Took my truck to them cause the engine was no good so I had them replace it, I got quoted such and such and I paid them, they bought a used engine from a junkyard and the guy called me back saying the "accidentally ordered the wrong one" and it was going to be more money. Saying that it was the junkyards fault. So I had to pay $500 more for their mistake. These guys need to get their facts straight, also the engine they installed is already overheating! read more
