Very satisfied with Al's work. Called them when I a/c broke on a Thursday, but they were booked and wouldn't be able to get out til the next Tuesday. Knowing I couldn't do without cool air that long, I went ahead and purchased a Coleman system with extra needed parts and had my son in law install it, not knowing I would need another extra part to tap it into the T-stat. This made the unit run like your automobile system. Constant fan running with the compressor kicking in when needed and manual shut off only. Also, I goofed and did not buy the correct piece to allow the air to flow into the ductwork, it only blew out just below the unit thru two air vents. I sat in an RV with my TV on full blast and still could not hear what they were saying. I called Master Pro back and Al happened to be in the park and was able to stop in after his other service call and made a list of what parts were needed. After Al returned a few days later, correcting everything, and wiring into the T-Stat, I realized the original system that blew up had not been properly installed either, as it did blow thru the duct work, but mainly blew out just below the unit, making it loud and causing the intake to pull a lot of the cooled air right back in. Now, with the new set up, I hardly hear the system when it kicks on and even when it runs. The air is only pushed thru the ductwork making the air even through out the place with no more hot spots. With the system not clicking on and off as much as the old system, I also expect this to reflect on my next electric bill. I am so thrilled with the new set up, I actually smile every time I think about it. Now to remark on the gentleman's review, earlier. As a business owner since 1992, I know for a fact, credit card companies do charge anywhere from 2-4% credit card fees depending on the number of transactions and amount for each type of credit card used. The more transactions/money you do, the better the rate. As a small company, I doubt Master Pro has an extremely large amount of transactions in order to qualify for the lowest rates offered. American Express charges an additional fee as they have to make up for the "no charge" fees to their customers. This is why a lot of companies do not accept American Express. Also, companies have every right to charge more for a part than they purchased it for to help cover the cost of paying the purchasing agent to take the time to look up parts, sit on the phone ordering or even ordering online. This company did not charge you extra and yet you whine about $28 shipping? Jeeesh. If you want to pay the supply house cost, then order it yourself. I can tell you right now, I did the ordering for my stuff and since I ordered the wrong part, was out $90. You cant return something after it has been installed for 2 weeks. I would have gladly paid them extra to do the ordering. If you wanted a written estimate, why didn't you ask for one? Al gave me a verbal estimate of parts and said he would call me when he had the correct total. I told him not to worry about it, if it was within $50 because I wanted the parts. I have used Master Pro several times but this last time was by far the best experience I have had with them! Our 5TH wheel is in Florida and we are out of state. I contacted Cindy about out fridge that had gone out in the RV. She got right on our warranty paperwork, ordered the new fridge and got her team, Joe and Mark right out to get it replaced. Had to go with a residential one because of availability (you know how the world is now) but they took care of closing off the gas lines and the installation of the new one. They kept me up to date on the the whole process which kept my mind at ease being so far away! I didn't have to even contact my warranty company, Cindy took care of it all for me. I couldn't have done any of this from my home without them! Thanks to them, we have a new, beautiful fridge and I didn't have to fly to Florida to get it! They have also taken care of our hot water heater and our carbon monoxide unit previously! 100% recommend them! Great team! read more

I had to call them out on Memorial Day, they were here in about 45 minutes, which just tickled me. My AC had to be replaced under warranty, thank goodness and they handled everything. We were so pleased we ordered a second unit for the bedroom and they ordered it and installed for a reasonable price. The best thing of all was we didn't have to drive to a dealer and leave our camper for 4+ weeks to have these issues resolved. It was all done on site!!! We have used Master Pro several times. We have an Entegra Anthem with an extended warranty. Every repair they have done has been good. They give you accurate times of arrival, keep you up to date on when parts are coming in, and work with our warranty company each time. We call them for just about anything that goes wrong because they can fix most things, and if it is something outside of their expertise, they don't hesitate to tell you that.
