Mr. Frank was quick to respond and came out to Fort Wilderness the next morning to remove the awning and diagnose the converter. We are very grateful as it is the beginning of the Memorial Holiday weekend, and we couldn't stay another day as the campground is booked out. So if in a pickle, most likely Mr. Frank will be the solution. He was recommended by several other repair services that couldn't work our issue. THANK YOU Mr. Frank. You will be our only repair guy when we come back to Disney world/Fort Wilderness if something else goes sideways.

According to the tech that changed it out, they have an average life expectancy of 3 to 6-years. To overcome the issue, we put a12-Volt charger on the battery and that kept us up and running. Nevertheless, if you are in Florida (Orlando is where we were camped at) this tech was 1st Class! Frank of Frank's Mobile came out to us the next day, was extremely thorough, and most reasonable with what he charged. He educated us on our systems, and most important, he quoted us before coming out and honored the price. Cannot say enough great things about this gentleman and on a scale of 1 to 10 we will give him an 11. I went to Thurston first, Michelle took some pictures, made a phone call and provided a price. The price was higher than the price provided by KBB. This all only took about five or possibly ten minutes at most. I had previously gotten a trade-in offer from a new car dealer (Thurston's offer was more than 20% higher). After leaving Thurston's, I drove to a new car dealer provided by KBB. The evaluation and offer took over 30 minutes and their offer was almost $2,000 less than the KBB purchase price (Thurston's offer was over 9% higher). There was a third KBB dealer listed, but I elected to skip them and go back to Thurston. Michelle cut a check in a couple of minutes and Andy Thurston drove me home. A totally painless transaction, which is not what I have experienced with almost all other dealers. I highly recommend Thurston Auto and RV Sales.

In the middle of our 10,000 mile RV trip across country, we found ourselves in Ocoee on a Saturday…read moreevening in our 42 foot fifth wheel. When we pulled in, we discovered that one of our slide outs was sitting askew and was partly off of its track. Definitely not right and a huge worry! Putting the slide out and then back in did not fix it. It was almost 6 o'clock, and we didn't have much hope of getting help that same night, but we quickly jumped online and that's when I found East to West Mobile RV Services. We called and reached Freddy who answered immediately. He is just a super awesome very friendly guy and got there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in his extremely well organized work truck with every tool known to man. We felt like he could fix anything! (and he did!) Freddy spent well over an hour and a half with us. He not only fixed our slide and was very knowledgeable about how it worked and explained it all to us, but he fixed several other little nagging problems that we had not yet gotten around to. He did it all with a smile on his face and we had a lot of laughs talking with him. He's truly a wonderful guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. We felt very lucky to have found him. His prices are also amazingly fair. Thank you so so much, Freddy!
