The website states 30 minutes or less and right before ending the call I was told I would receive a link to make my payment and if I paid within 2-3 minutes I would have someone dispatch to me within 20-25 minutes. I paid and no one called or showed up. I called back after 40 minutes passed just to be told the driver was still 15 minutes out and it was my responsibility to ask about the ETA. Even though your website says 30 minutes and you personally told me 20-25 minutes after payment. He then went on to say they dispatch drivers out of maitland, FL so it would be 30-40 minutes. Why was I not told this initially prior to purchase? When I questioned him about the change and not telling me, he kept going back in forth with me then hung up in my face. That was extremely unprofessional and telling me not to call back after I already paid made absolutely no sense. Luckily, the dispatched driver showed up within 15 minutes because of he didn't I was going to contact my credit card company to remove the charge. It doesn't matter how good the service is you provide if your customer service is horrible.
