So, they state clearly in the call that their mobile service is the same as being in the actual shop, and charge me $409 to come out and fix it. Great, do it. Then, the mechanic find the problem, a piston on the passenger side of the vehicle., as the brake fluid is leaking all over the floor. Calls his contact, Patrick. Now, its a typical mechanic trick. Says it need to be towed into the shop, gives me the towing contact and says I have been told by the office to bring it in veacuse there could be more problems. Typical mechanic scam. But you said its the same as bring at the shop and you should be able to just bring a caliper and install it!! $419 down the drain....... you know they are going to charge me like $4,500 once i get it into the shop. Not happening. They don't know this but i called up about brake pad changes a week before and they sent me an invoice for $3,500 claiming i may have other problems. Stay away

When I call their office the manager Nick is never available and never returns my call. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. They advertise that they do all their work in house when in actuality they don't do any mechanical work. They purchase their inventory from auction, do the absolute minimal to get the truck running and I promise you will have major problems after 3k miles. This was one of the worst vehicle purchase experiences I've ever had. The truck I bought had…read moreconstant and serious mechanical problems, starting almost immediately after the sale. Issue after issue came up, making the truck unreliable, unsafe, and extremely costly to deal with. What's truly unacceptable is the complete lack of responsibility and transparency from the seller once the problems appeared. There was no real effort to resolve anything--just excuses, delays, and silence--leaving me to absorb all the consequences. Selling a truck in this condition shows poor ethics and no regard for customers. A vehicle should not fall apart shortly after purchase, and buyers should not be left alone to deal with endless repairs. I strongly do NOT recommend this business. Save yourself time, money, and stress--look elsewhere and have any vehicle inspected independently before even considering a purchase here.
