When I call their office the manager Nick is never available and never returns my call. Finally Joe called me back and when I told him my issue he told me there is nothing he can do and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. They advertise that they do all their work in house when in actuality they don't do any mechanical work. They purchase their inventory from auction, do the absolute minimal to get the truck running and I promise you will have major problems after 3k miles. Save yourself the headache and financial burden, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I thought that I had a good relationship again...but NO. I was having very typical transmission problems and told that I would be getting a new "unit" to resolve the problem. After approximately 6-months with only one vague follow up, I went to a different dealer based on a recommendation from someone that had a similar transmission issue as mine. They were great and resolved the problem. I've not heard from anyone at Rush Truck Center since the promise of a new "unit." What a huge disappointment. Burn me twice...and we're done.

We estimate that this van has closer to a half a million miles rather than the 135,707 they claim. Issue after issue came up, making the truck unreliable, unsafe, and extremely costly to deal with. What's truly unacceptable is the complete lack of responsibility and transparency from the seller once the problems appeared. There was no real effort to resolve anything--just excuses, delays, and silence--leaving me to absorb all the consequences. Selling a truck in this condition shows poor ethics and no regard for customers. A vehicle should not fall apart shortly after purchase, and buyers should not be left alone to deal with endless repairs. I strongly do NOT recommend this business. Save yourself time, money, and stress--look elsewhere and have any vehicle inspected independently before even considering a purchase here.
