We called and reached Freddy who answered immediately. He is just a super awesome very friendly guy and got there in less than 15 minutes. According to the tech that changed it out, they have an average life expectancy of 3 to 6-years. To overcome the issue, we put a12-Volt charger on the battery and that kept us up and running. Frank of Frank's Mobile came out to us the next day, was extremely thorough, and most reasonable with what he charged.
