This business was a no show no call. Joseph seemed like a good guy but I took the day off of work which he was aware of me having to do waited all day for a no show no call. He did message me back and he had gotten busy at his shop which can happen I realize but the no show no call and an over priced quote for just coming out to me ( his shop is local for me 3 minutes away). They committed to a day and time which I agreed to and took a half day off of work to make it happen only to be messaged an hour before they're supposed to be here and told that they now have to wait till much later (4 hours) to come out as they have to sign for a package. Clients count on you to follow through with your scheduled commitments as people take time off of work for these things. read more
