PatRick's Auto & Truck Repair - Brakes NOT locked

    PatRick's Auto & Truck Repair

0 Brakes locked?/$4000 to repair?…read moreRV was riding rough. We knew we needed tires but wasn't sure about anything else it might need. Took to PatRicks for an estimate/diagnosis. Drove 45 minutes to them. They said our front brake was locked up. ??No hot smell, no pulling. Said we needed brakes done and it would cost around $4000 . ??? What the heck! $4000 FOR BRAKES??? Charged us $150 for their 'diagnosis'. Drove back 45 miles, used a thermal gun to check temps on wheels...NORMAL. Took RV to a different garage. Brakes NOT locked up. 65% good brakes on front, 70% on rear. Got new tires all around, drives great. Less than a thousand dollars for all new 10ply tires, ZERO BRAKE WORK. SO....PATRICK'S IS A LYING SHYSTER GARAGE. Our opinion. You can form your own.

I have used this business on 3-4 occasions and 2 of those times I've had to take my rv back because…read morewhat I'd paid for had not been repaired. 1. I purchased 6 new tires for my RV and told them to repair left rear air bag. When I got home I checked the air in the tires and every tire had different amount of air. I aired up the air bag and glory b the bag would hold air. I called PatRicks and they said can you bring it in and we'll check it out. I just got home and no and I'm not bringing it back, it's 20+ miles. 2. My rv started leaking from the rear differential. The generator would not start. I went to PatRicks told them about the problems, and asked them to change oil filter in rv and oil filter in generator. When I finally got it back and $1600.00 later I parked it in my driveway and 2 days later I discovered the oil was still leaking from the rear differential. Again I called and the service writer can bring it in and I had no choice. I took pictures of the leaking and clearly the rear end had not had a socket/wrench on it. It was still rusty looking with no indication it had been touched. I took it back and picked it couple days later they said there's no charge. On my receipt charge for rear end repair. $347 On my receipt charge for generator repair. $347

Absolutely Appalling Service - AVOID On The Move Road Service LLC!…read moreI am writing this review to warn anyone considering using On The Move Road Service LLC. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, costing us significant time, money, and immense frustration. We paid them in full on April 3rd for a clutch replacement on my husband's semi-truck. What followed was a complete dereliction of duty: Day 1: A mechanic worked for a short period, claimed he needed help, and promised to return the same day. He never did. During this entire period, we couldn't even turn on the truck because they had removed essential components, leaving us stranded in the Florida heat with no AC and no way to charge our phones in the truck. Day 2 (Friday): They showed up only to retrieve a forgotten tool, promising to return "later." The mechanic eventually came back, attempted to remove a part, and it fell on him. My husband had to help him get it off. The mechanic then left, again promising to get something and return. He never came back. Throughout this, parts were left scattered on the ground around the truck. Day 3 (Saturday): They showed up at 11 PM with a helper, but still didn't get the job done. They left to get something and never came back. To make matters worse, we later discovered they had taken some of our own parts, which we then had to pay to replace. Day 4 (Sunday): No one showed up at all. Day 5 (Monday): I called the office at 8:30 AM and was told they were "on their way." At 10:30 AM, still no one. My husband called, received the same empty promise ("on the way, within an hour"). By 1:30 PM, they had stopped answering our calls entirely. We were left with no choice but to tow the semi-truck to another shop. Not only did we have to pay the new shop to install the clutch, but we also incurred additional costs to fix multiple things that On The Move Road Service LLC had broken during their brief, incompetent attempts. To add insult to injury, the owner promised me a refund for the abysmal service. It's now July 8, 2025, and we have received absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and caused significant damage and financial loss. Save yourself the headache and your money - look elsewhere for road service.

Currently known as On the move road service LLC…read more Paid them $1,000 to change 6 tires and a bearing on my trailer. They were able to change one, and then needed my help to change the other 5. No big deal, didn't mind helping. They simply weren't strong enough to do it. The issue is what happen after that. They had to come the next day with the bearing. Part of changing that bearing was getting a new hub cap. They did not put one on, and told me theirs didn't fit and to get my own when questioned about it. The day after they finished I took off to a job. 10 minutes down the road and my bran new 16 ply tire exploded. I check the tire, it was not shredded at all. Not even a scratch. It literally blew off the rim. Dropping my trailer on the rim and destroying it. I immediately texted/called them for help. No response. 5 hours later. Still no response. Called another company, and they came out. Inspected all of my tires. Not a single one them had matching tire pressures. One was as high as 140 psi. The tires are rated for 115. Long story short I paid them to do the work for them, they didn't do the job as quoted, they couldn't even air up my tires right, did not come and help us, and have completely ghosted us. Zero acknowledgment. Choose literally anyone else.
