Turned out to be a plastic piece bolted on too tight, so it had bowed. He created a replacement part in his machine shop. Also replaced my bent rear stabilizers, installed a new and better toilet, and even added gas hinges for my under bed storage. That last ran into some issues, first with the part being delivered late and then with a structural problem. He stayed until 7:30. He was also always on time and reasonably priced considering how much he did, the time it took, and the above and beyond service.
