However, the girl that worked there did not address some of the issues that occurred and never mentioned them to the owner so things were never handled in a timely manner. I had issues with billing and needed a credit and had to call several times in order for that to happen. She just never took care of anything. In addition, I left in the middle of the month, and the amount I had paid for the month was not prorated, which is extremely disappointing. I always felt safe when I was at my storage unit and always felt like my items were safe.

When the move happened that packed for a day and then began our move on Saturday July 2 and worked until 9pm trying to get it done (they were down on man because of the holiday) but couldn't finish. I was prepared to wait until July 5 to finish but Ryan insisted he would be here Sunday morning to finish. He wrapped up at 3 pm after 3 long days of work. They actually beat the estimate when we got the final bill because they were down in staffing.
