One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. However, the girl that worked there did not address some of the issues that occurred and never mentioned them to the owner so things were never handled in a timely manner. I had issues with billing and needed a credit and had to call several times in order for that to happen. She just never took care of anything. In addition, I left in the middle of the month, and the amount I had paid for the month was not prorated, which is extremely disappointing. I always felt safe when I was at my storage unit and always felt like my items were safe.

But the code did work for an other gate on the premises meant for storage units, we drove in there and parked our enclosed trailer in grass. We left a message and received a follow up call from John explaining it was a new facility for them and he made all the necessary calls and emails to make sure we will not get towed away.
