I went there personally to meet the manager and inspect the premises and room. When I got there on my move-in day with the movers, there was no one in the office. The office was closed. After checking prices with their competitors, we found OOS to be the most economical of the five or so self-storage businesses in the area. So, having never rented a storage locker before, I spoke to Joseph and explained our situation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the differences between the two lockers I was considering, and really helped this become a smooth and pleasant experience. He explained what I could expect from the company, and what they would expect from me in return. I left the office feeling reassured and happy. Thank you Joseph and Out O' Space, now I can move freely around my home again! :)
