Dianne was able to find us the correct size storage room. She also helped to coordinate delivery and movers we had hired to get the items into the room. We had several uhaul uboxes and 3 pods. Dianne did an excellent job coordinating the move on the Florida end while we were still in Missouri. She also helped with insuring we got the best value deal on the space. If we need to store anything again we will use this company.

After checking prices with their competitors, we found OOS to be the most economical of the five or so self-storage businesses in the area. So, having never rented a storage locker before, I spoke to Joseph and explained our situation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the differences between the two lockers I was considering, and really helped this become a smooth and pleasant experience. He explained what I could expect from the company, and what they would expect from me in return. I left the office feeling reassured and happy. When they took over, I was paying $35 for a PARKING SPOT, and now it is $90. Not only do they raise their rates whenever the hell they want, they also change their billing system without notification which will void your auto-draft, so then they charge you late fees because you didn't know! sounds appropriate, right? that's fantastic of them after jacking my rates up 4 times in a year and a half. If you value your mental health stay away from this terrible company. for the record, I am not a leave a bad review kinda person. DO NOT USE THEM

End of Feb. 2019. I won an auction from an online site. Locker was at this US storage…read more Facility on 2910 Kurt St. I properly as per contract cleaned out the locker, and would return in a few days to receive my $100. Cleaning deposit. Days later, the facility manager "Lissette" sends me an email that I've been seen on camera leaving a piano in the hallway. Move it or I'm keeping the $100. .. The manager threatened she was going to tell the auction site I use to cause me harm. After several emails and her admitting what she accused did not happen, I still had to demand the return or would take legal action. After a month later, the manager had more nonsense to say, but included my $100. would be returned. It's now mid July 2019. Do you think the manager has put a check in the mail? Or still trying to steal deposit money?  Not a local of the pretty little town of Eustis, but in the area at the time I should have been able to get my deposit. Maybe the manager Lissette thinks now I should drive an HR to hope to collect my deposit money she tried to steal? BTW. I hope the completely burnt out lights in the loading zone have been replaced. It was tough packing a truck in complete darkness.
