When I went up there she locked me out of the office. I sat in the car while trying to reach the corporate office. No luck you can't even talk to anyone. A little while later she is outside the car acting like she doesn't know who I am. I got out and went into the office and then she started showing her real colors. No refunds, I came there to put the lock back on the storage unit and wasn't allowed in. So she called the police and I waited. The police told me people had been sleeping in the hallways and for the longest time the gate was broken. They breached their contract for no security but let's go after the senior citizen after being ripped off for a scrappy storage establishment. Don't say I haven't warned you. Stay away!! Also, when they reply to me it is always a canned response, probably AI. Terry is very violent and aggressive.

It was getting to the point that we were starting to have trouble getting around in our home. Something had to be done. Enter Out O' Space. After checking prices with their competitors, we found OOS to be the most economical of the five or so self-storage businesses in the area. So, having never rented a storage locker before, I spoke to Joseph and explained our situation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the differences between the two lockers I was considering, and really helped this become a smooth and pleasant experience. He explained what I could expect from the company, and what they would expect from me in return. I left the office feeling reassured and happy. Thank you Joseph and Out O' Space, now I can move freely around my home again! :)

Due to costs of extended stay hotels, and the length of time (4-5 months) before we could possibly move back, family in Texas asked us to move in with them, thus we needed to get a PODS and Tally was very helpful with assisting PODS delivery and pick up as we had to move quickly. Comparatively, I don't know rental prices, yet we were very pleased with a reasonable rate, plus the added assistance of Tally and her staff regarding the logistics of the PODS, etc. We recommend them as our unit was clean and no issues with pests or otherwise. These are outside entrance storage units, thus not climate controlled, inside entrance; meanwhile, that would be a decision one would have to make depending on each's circumstances. For ours, it served its purpose, with Tally and staff being friendly and helpful throughout our ever-changing ordeal. Thanks!

There's a rat infestation in the whole property and for what it seems like they haven't put any effort into getting this under control whatsoever (that is not comforting knowing that anything you put in their storage units is subject to damage from these creatures so don't think about storing any prized possessions in there). If you care about the things you want to store at a storage place then I would highly recommend not to rent from here.

I was there one month before discovering the theft, reorganizing boxes after being suddenly dumped by my ex. 90 minutes, and the manager came by and said I had to leave; I'd been there too long, and there's no loitering. "I'm working in my unit; I didn't realize it was timed." While waiting for the sheriff's dept to file a report, three homeless people ambled out the gate. I've seen all three there multiple times when I've been at my unit to get something. I wandered around while waiting for the deputy to arrive, and saw another lady obviously living in her unit. The doors to the buildings are left open, which makes climate control mute. One day I was there, the big gate was even left open. ‍

Huffing and puffing the whole time. the manager could give a fuck less- which was very clear to see. i set a reservation for this morning that night- i called up this morning to confirm and let them know i was going to head that way. they told me they wouldn't rent to me because of the condition truck came back in. mind you- the bed was clean, interior was clean ( not showroom clean, but it was clean) 3 weeks in to rentMing this truck it developed an oil leak. they refused to rent to me claiming the oil leak and condition i brought the truck back was my fault. reality is is Ii kept them there past 7pm last night trying not figure out why I was being charged $1800 when I've been paying weekly to extend vehicle. All the employees there are a bunch of losers. Manager was trash. No customer service skills whatsoever. PISS POOR customer service, would never rent another anything from them.

They took care of our needs in a timely manner and Joe called each time when he was on his way with our 3 COWS (Container on wheels, same concept as a POD). We had one COW for about 8 months & two others for a month's time. Being in Fl, we were concerned about the what ifs; what if there were bugs, what if furniture got warped from weather conditions & what if items moved in transport and got damaged. I assure you, that with the exception of one carpenter ant none of those things happened. We were incredibly happy with the service and product. The guys were a pleasure to work with during a very stressful time of moving. They were more than accommodating, even delivering us a COW at 8:30 PM on Memorial Day. We would highly recommend this company to any friend or family member.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! They dropped our piano off the back of the truck and couldn't lift it back…read moreup by themselves. This company - MANAGER CHARLES - dropped my wife's 100 year old heirloom piano off of the back of their truck. When we called to schedule the house move - CHARLES promised that they move pianos all the time. We have a regular piano mover that we typically use - but we were assured there would be no need to hire two sets of movers since we were moving the rest of our furniture too. My wife reiterated on the initial phone call, "this piano is like my 4th child. If you're not confident then please let me know, I'm happy to have our normal guy out." The reply - by CHARLES - was that they do it all the time. They DROPPED OUR PIANO OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK! I have video of CHARLES talking over my wife, who was in tears, that we were notified in writing ahead of time that this could happen, and while he couldn't confirm which piano we had - because he WOULDN'T come to the site - and because it is a century old hand crafted piece - he would pay 60 cents per pound for it to be repaired - up to 450lbs. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked him to come to the site to verify the damage - get a quote from my trusted piano repair man - and then I would pay the difference towards the move. More than fair in my opinion as a business owner myself. He replied, "I'm not coming out there. If you don't pay... I'll file suit." NEVER EVER EVER use this company. CHARLES can't be trusted.
