Already happened twice where you had vehicles on both sides trying to enter and leave at the same time. So can cause a inconvenience if you're in a hurry. Second thing that is likely just needing to be looked at, is the exit connection signal from the app. I can never get the app to connect to the exit control BUT if I get close to the gate, it connects to the enter connection again allowing me to open the gate to leave with the enter option. Hopefully this gets looked into at least and fixed.

I spoke with customer service, and we discussed a refund. However, things took a positive turn when I received a call from Sally. After hearing about my situation, she offered to close her location to drive the hour to the facility I was at and get me signed in so that I wouldn't have to stress about finding a new storage facility at the last minute! I'm so glad I waited!! Sally went above and beyond. She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat.
