They were v. professional yet personable. Very efficient in unwrapping and careful not to damage any of the items or the walls, etc. They were v. concerned about getting everything correct and making sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it. I bought them 75.00 worth of pizza and plenty of water. Once we arrived at our new home, things drastically changed. They were hot and tired and there "quality " went to s***. Many pieces were broken. Mostly antiques. They backed there truck up to me storage garage and literally threw boxes and furniture inside. I didn't see it until the next day. I have texted and emailed many times and they say it was my fault because it was hot and dark. It was not dark, I have pictures. Yes it was hot. They broke my dining room table and handed my husband the pieces. Antique bed is broken also. All the things they were responsible for. They claim to have insurance and they take care of seniors. Yet they refuse to help me. I am filing a civil case against them. By the way they stole my Blackstone griddle. Its what you get when you hire young boys. You knew in advance how far the trip was, you had the addresses. The truck was stuck yes, but soon as it was unloaded they drove away. When they rapidly unloaded my boxes I was assured everything was delivered . However.. The ring camera- when they DELIVERED my items shows very clearly - they were short 3 large boxes & 1 small box & my new $500 Christmas tree. I lost irreplaceable family items, meaningful things . When I noticed the missing items- I was told "I am sorry. You have our word we will find your stuff". Guess what? They never did. I had basically over 4 thousand dollars worth of my belongings either stolen or delivered to the other family's home . I lost my husband ... prior to the move and now irreplaceable meaningful belongings were just taken from me. And guess what? Their promises of "we will find your items"... were empty words. My advice- use any other mover . You don't want to be in my situation, I wish I had used any other moving service . The representative showed up for his appointment on time and in a company vehicle. We went through the home from room to room and he took a detailed inventory of everything I needed to move. The cost was very fair. The deciding factors for me were that they had all of the necessary insurance to protect me and my belongings, and the movers were company employees NOT hired day laborers. The day of the move a team of four showed up on time and ready to go. You could tell that they really knew what they were doing and treated all of my belongings with care and respect. Quality Movers was able to move me on my time schedule for the closing of my home. I will definitely call them when I am ready to move everything into my new home.
