There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They covered, wrapped and labeled every piece of furniture we had, and did it with care. I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. If I have to move again, I will be contacting Sebastian.

The administrative team was also communicative and helpful when their unforeseen delays required my move time to be pushed back slightly. I appreciated that they kept us informed throughout that process. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish expectations around the moving process had been a little clearer beforehand. As someone who had never hired movers before, I didn't know what questions to ask, and I underestimated how much time was involved in preparing furniture and loading everything safely. A more detailed overview of what to except--like how the estimate translates to the actual moving day--would have likely helped me feel better prepared. In hindsight, I wish I had taken advantage of their in-person or virtual walkthrough service, as I'm sure it would have provided a more accurate estimate and helped set my expectations for the day.
