Quality Movers lived up to their name from start to finish. My home went into contract, so I called Quality Movers for a quote to move the contents of my home to a storage unit. The representative showed up for his appointment on time and in a company vehicle. We went through the home from room to room and he took a detailed inventory of everything I needed to move. The cost was very fair. The deciding factors for me were that they had all of the necessary insurance to protect me and my belongings, and the movers were company employees NOT hired day laborers. The day of the move a team of four showed up on time and ready to go. You could tell that they really knew what they were doing and treated all of my belongings with care and respect. Quality Movers was able to move me on my time schedule for the closing of my home. I will definitely call them when I am ready to move everything into my new home. read more

This moving company is absolutely amazing. The hardest thing to find when you are moving is quality movers. Well this team definitely lived up to its name. The two men who moved me out of storage, I think one was Kendall, could not have done a better job. The company charges by the hour, these guys were literally jogging through the hallway at the storage unit as they were going from their truck to the unit. I had told them I wasn't sure if I was going to need 2 hours or 3. As we approached 2 hours, Kendall (I think) reminded me of the time in case I didn't want to go over. I ended up using the extra hour and they unwrapped all the items. They even pointed out the spider eggs!! that had accumulated in storage. Those spiders would have been running rampant in my house otherwise! For that alone, and for everything else too, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Only issue has nothing to do with the movers. The company charges a service fee for using a credit card. I wish I had caught that before they came because I could have given them a better tip, I didn't have enough cash. They certainly deserved it. read more

Excellent experience! Quality Moving Services moved my 85-year-old mother from The Villages, Florida, to Columbia, SC. It was an emotional time for her, and moving only added to the stress. Quality Moving did a professional packing job, caring for her things the way she wanted, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were on time and delivered exactly the kind of service they advertise. A special thanks to Travis for keeping me informed every step of the way! A company you can trust with your most important things!! read more

Simply the best! I have moved many times and this was the easiest move ever. Fast, organized and professional.

We can't say enough about the two young men who unpacked our POD. They were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. They completed our job quickly, and made sure everything was good before they left. I'm really sorry I can't remember their names. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, or use them again! read more

Prior to our moving from The Villages, I had a list of Preferred Movers from the Villages Relocation. We contacted all of them. We chose Quality Movers based on their professionalism and the pricing that was reasonable. Travis and Ryan and the rest of their crew were pleasant to deal with. They were all very mannerly and very accommodating. We were not able to get into our next home for two months. They had storage facilities. They arrived at the times they told us for the packing, loading and then when they arrived to unload at our destination. Final pleasant surprise nothing was broken, their packing was excellent. Ryan even repaired a broken leg of a very large cabinet. read more

What great movers! The guys came right on time. They very efficiently got to work and carefully loaded the truck. They even helped the client with her walker, since it wouldn't fit in the car. They unloaded and placed things for us. I couldn't have been happier with this moving company. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! read more

We recently used Quality Moving Services to move from one house in The Villages to another. Every member of the team was pleasant and professional. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They were great at accommodating us when our closing was delayed due to Hurricane Ian. There was some very minor damage, but they took care of the cost immediately and with no questions asked. I certainly don't plan to move again for several years, but we would highly recommend them. By the way, their price was similar to other professional movers. read more

Rarely do I leave reviews. In this case I can't imagine not doing a review. Quality Moving Services, is hands down the best in The Villages. I used their company for a move from Ocala to The Villages area. I first spoke with Richie and he gave me an estimate over the phone. The estimate was competitive, but it was his knowledge of what questions to ask that impressed me. He missed nothing, he gave me an estimate on the time and cost. On moving day, his estimate was on point. The team we had was Travis, Junior, Terry and Richie. They were professional, fast, thorough, and worked together like a well oiled machine. They made the most dreaded day the easiest day for my family. I cannot THANK them enough, and if you choose them I'm positive you will feel the same! read more
