Quality Movers lived up to their name from start to finish. My home went into contract, so I called Quality Movers for a quote to move the contents of my home to a storage unit. The representative showed up for his appointment on time and in a company vehicle. We went through the home from room to room and he took a detailed inventory of everything I needed to move. The cost was very fair. The deciding factors for me were that they had all of the necessary insurance to protect me and my belongings, and the movers were company employees NOT hired day laborers. The day of the move a team of four showed up on time and ready to go. You could tell that they really knew what they were doing and treated all of my belongings with care and respect. What great movers! The guys came right on time. They very efficiently got to work and carefully loaded the truck. They even helped the client with her walker, since it wouldn't fit in the car. We recently used Quality Moving Services to move from one house in The Villages to another. Every member of the team was pleasant and professional. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They were great at accommodating us when our closing was delayed due to Hurricane Ian. There was some very minor damage, but they took care of the cost immediately and with no questions asked. I used their company for a move from Ocala to The Villages area. I first spoke with Richie and he gave me an estimate over the phone. The estimate was competitive, but it was his knowledge of what questions to ask that impressed me. He missed nothing, he gave me an estimate on the time and cost. On moving day, his estimate was on point. The team we had was Travis, Junior, Terry and Richie. They were professional, fast, thorough, and worked together like a well oiled machine.
